【摘要】：綠色開放空間是城市居住區(qū)空間中不可或缺的一部分，隨著國家城鄉(xiāng)一體化的快速發(fā)展。在新農(nóng)村建設(shè)中，綠色開放空間的建設(shè)更是與農(nóng)民的生產(chǎn)生活息息相關(guān)，也越來越受到鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)政府和廣大農(nóng)村居民的重視。 本文在對城市居住區(qū)和新農(nóng)村居住區(qū)的綠色開放空間的對比研究的基礎(chǔ)上，以在華北地區(qū)、華中地區(qū)和華南地區(qū)選取的多個已建成或正在規(guī)劃中的典型新農(nóng)村為案例，結(jié)合這些新農(nóng)村周邊自然環(huán)境、交通條件、經(jīng)濟(jì)生產(chǎn)生活方式和村鎮(zhèn)防災(zāi)減災(zāi)條件，從居民行為模式、功能和形式等多個方面，深入探討了新農(nóng)村建設(shè)中綠色開放空間的發(fā)展所面臨的問題，，并結(jié)合已有相關(guān)規(guī)范和法律法規(guī)，針對性地提出了不同地域條件下新農(nóng)村居住區(qū)綠色開放空間體系的建設(shè)所采取的保護(hù)利用模式和基本設(shè)計原則。 本文共分為四個部分。第一部分對比城市居住區(qū)和新農(nóng)村居住區(qū)綠色開放空間的基礎(chǔ)條件和不同特征，提出新農(nóng)村居住區(qū)綠色開放空間建設(shè)的獨特性，為后文的思考打下一個基礎(chǔ)；第二部分為筆者調(diào)查研究的重點部分，即對選取的不同地域條件下新農(nóng)村及部分親自參與規(guī)劃的綠化開放空間建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀研究，提出新農(nóng)村綠色開放空間的建設(shè)的共同特征和獨特思路；第三部分為筆者對現(xiàn)狀法律法規(guī)中關(guān)于新農(nóng)村建設(shè)和綠色開放空間的研究，力圖為新農(nóng)村綠色開放空間建設(shè)提供充足的法律依據(jù)和技術(shù)路線。此部分筆者并在之前研究的基礎(chǔ)上對新農(nóng)村綠色開放空間建設(shè)所面臨的優(yōu)勢、困境、機(jī)遇、挑戰(zhàn)也進(jìn)行了一些思考，并對新農(nóng)村綠色開放空間建設(shè)提出規(guī)劃的基本原則；第四部分是結(jié)論部分，對全文的主要內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:Green open space is an indispensable part of urban residential space, with the rapid development of urban and rural integration. In the construction of new countryside, the construction of green open space is closely related to farmers' production and life, and has been paid more and more attention by township government and rural residents. Based on the comparative study of green open space between urban residential areas and new rural residential areas, this paper takes several typical new rural areas that have been built or are planning in North China, Central China and South China as examples. Combining with the surrounding natural environment, traffic conditions, economic production and life style, and the conditions of disaster prevention and mitigation in villages and towns, the residents' behavior patterns, functions and forms will be taken into account. This paper deeply discusses the problems faced by the development of green open space in the construction of new countryside, and combines the existing relevant norms and laws and regulations, The protection and utilization mode and basic design principles of green open space system in new rural residential areas under different regional conditions are put forward. This paper is divided into four parts. The first part compares the basic conditions and different characteristics of the green open space between the urban residential area and the new rural residential area, and puts forward the uniqueness of the green open space construction of the new rural residential area, which lays a foundation for the later thinking. The second part is the key part of the author's investigation and research, that is, the present situation of the new countryside and part of the green and open space construction under the different regional conditions. Put forward the common characteristics and unique ideas of the construction of the green open space in the new countryside. The third part is the author's research on the construction of the new countryside and the green open space in the current laws and regulations. Try to provide sufficient legal basis and technical route for the construction of green open space in new countryside. On the basis of previous research, the author gives some thoughts on the advantages, difficulties, opportunities and challenges faced by the construction of green open space in the new countryside, and puts forward the basic principles of planning for the construction of green open space in the new countryside. The fourth part is the conclusion, the main content of the paper is summarized.
