【摘要】：工業(yè)化社會向后工業(yè)化社會轉(zhuǎn)型,已經(jīng)是全球產(chǎn)業(yè)升級的必然趨勢。制造業(yè)紛紛從城市中心區(qū)遷出,文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)因其無污染、高附加值、知識密集型等特點(diǎn)順應(yīng)了時代的發(fā)展,替代了制造業(yè)成為了經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展新的增長點(diǎn)之一。2000年后,北京開始提出要將文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)作為首都經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要組成部分,2006年,北京對文化產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)的概念作出了定義并審批認(rèn)定了第一批10個集聚區(qū),隨后,又陸續(xù)認(rèn)定了三批集聚區(qū)。本文在此基礎(chǔ)上,將北京文化創(chuàng)意集聚區(qū)作為研究對象,對其空間布局進(jìn)行探討。 本文第一章提出了文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的研究背景,簡述了文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)及其集聚區(qū)的研究意義和國內(nèi)外相關(guān)理論研究。第二章明確了文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)、文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)的定義和特點(diǎn)。歸納了北京文化產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)的發(fā)展歷程和分類。第三章分別從縱向(認(rèn)定時間順序)和縱向(空間環(huán)境要素)分析北京文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)的空間分布特征第四章在集聚區(qū)空間分布分析的基礎(chǔ)上,提出影響集聚區(qū)空間分布的五要素,對30個集聚區(qū)空間分布的影響要素進(jìn)行評價并選取案例加以說明。第五、六章對集聚區(qū)空間規(guī)劃選址與認(rèn)定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)提出建議,得出文章的結(jié)論并提出進(jìn)一步研究方向。 目前,國內(nèi)研究北京文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)空間分布的文獻(xiàn)并不多,本文在已有研究的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了30個集聚區(qū)的空間分布特征,評價了影響其空間分布的要素,并從集聚區(qū)空間規(guī)劃和認(rèn)定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)兩方面對集聚區(qū)的空間發(fā)展與選址提出建議。
[Abstract]:The transformation from industrialized society to post-industrialized society is an inevitable trend of global industrial upgrading. The manufacturing industry has moved out of the city center one after another. Because of its non-pollution, high value-added and knowledge-intensive characteristics, cultural and creative industries have complied with the development of the times and replaced the manufacturing industry as one of the new growth points of economic development. Beijing began to propose that the cultural and creative industries should be regarded as an important part of the capital's economy. In 2006, Beijing defined the concept of the cultural industrial agglomeration area and approved and identified the first 10 agglomeration areas. Three conglomeration areas have been identified one after another. On this basis, this paper discusses the spatial distribution of Beijing Cultural and Creative agglomeration area. In the first chapter, the research background of cultural creative industry is put forward, and the significance of cultural creative industry and its agglomeration area and the relevant theoretical research at home and abroad are briefly described. The second chapter clarifies the definition and characteristic of cultural creative industry and cultural creative industry agglomeration area. The development course and classification of Beijing cultural industry agglomeration area are summarized. The third chapter analyzes the spatial distribution characteristics of Beijing cultural and creative industry agglomeration area from the vertical (cognizance time order) and vertical (spatial environment element). The fourth chapter is based on the analysis of the spatial distribution of Beijing cultural and creative industry agglomeration area. Five factors affecting spatial distribution of agglomeration area are proposed. The influence factors of spatial distribution of 30 agglomeration areas are evaluated and selected cases are selected to explain them. In the fifth and sixth chapters, suggestions are made on the criteria of location selection and identification of spatial planning of agglomeration areas, and the conclusions of the paper are drawn and further research directions are proposed. At present, there are few literatures on the spatial distribution of Beijing's cultural and creative industry agglomeration area. Based on the existing research, this paper puts forward the spatial distribution characteristics of 30 agglomeration areas, and evaluates the factors that affect the spatial distribution of Beijing's cultural and creative industries. The spatial development and location of agglomeration areas are suggested from the two aspects of spatial planning and identification criteria.
