【摘要】：隨著大學(xué)的擴(kuò)招以及時(shí)代的發(fā)展,高校校園的搬遷和新建可以改善教學(xué)硬件環(huán)境,為科技進(jìn)步和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展提供更好的平臺(tái)。高校新校區(qū)建設(shè)工作是根據(jù)高校特點(diǎn)和發(fā)展規(guī)劃,為滿足教學(xué)、辦公、學(xué)習(xí)和生活需要,第二方面也是為了提高生活條件和改善生活環(huán)境提供一個(gè)必需的物資基礎(chǔ)。最近幾年,我國(guó)在高等教育事業(yè)方面進(jìn)行了大量的改革,社會(huì)和國(guó)家不斷提高對(duì)高校校舍改造和基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)投資,各個(gè)學(xué)校自籌資金投入也越來(lái)越多,基本建設(shè)的項(xiàng)目也越來(lái)越大。不斷要求擴(kuò)大本校園面積,建設(shè)更好的教學(xué)設(shè)施,建設(shè)新校區(qū)。 本文結(jié)合淄博職工教育學(xué)院新校區(qū)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的實(shí)例,對(duì)進(jìn)度計(jì)劃經(jīng)行研究,包括工作結(jié)構(gòu)分解,工作歷時(shí)估算。采用甘特圖的方法對(duì)進(jìn)度計(jì)劃經(jīng)行管理。分析其不確定因數(shù),并找到解決方法。然后對(duì)新校區(qū)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度控制研究,包括進(jìn)度控制的體系流程圖,偏差測(cè)量與糾正機(jī)制,以及分析進(jìn)度—質(zhì)量—費(fèi)用的集成控制。最后對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的保障措施進(jìn)行分析。在組織與計(jì)劃管理保障、項(xiàng)目資源保障措施、勞力安排保障措施、進(jìn)度應(yīng)急管理計(jì)劃等方面分析。
[Abstract]:With the expansion of university enrollment and the development of the times, the relocation and construction of university campuses can improve the teaching hardware environment and provide a better platform for scientific and technological progress and economic development. The construction of the new campus is to meet the needs of teaching, office, learning and living according to the characteristics and development planning of colleges and universities. The second aspect is to provide a necessary material basis for improving living conditions and living environment. In recent years, China has carried out a large number of reforms in the field of higher education, and the society and the state have continuously increased investment in the renovation of university buildings and infrastructure construction, and more and more self-financing investment has been put into each school. Capital projects are also getting bigger and bigger. Constantly demanding the expansion of the campus area, the construction of better teaching facilities, the construction of a new campus. Based on the example of the new campus construction project of Zibo staff and Workers' College of Education, this paper studies the progress plan, including the breakdown of the work structure and the estimation of the duration of the work. Gantt chart is used to manage the progress plan. Analyze the uncertainty factor and find the solution. Then the progress control of the new campus construction project is studied, including the system flow chart of progress control, the mechanism of deviation measurement and correction, and the integrated control of analysis schedule, quality and cost. At last, the guarantee measures of project schedule management are analyzed. Analysis on organization and plan management guarantee, project resource guarantee measure, labor arrangement safeguard measure, schedule emergency management plan, etc.
