濕熱地區(qū)居住區(qū)步行空間花崗石應用策略探析

【摘要】:居住區(qū)步行空間是居民使用最頻繁的戶外區(qū)域之一,其設計合理性和舒適性直接影響居住區(qū)整體環(huán)境質(zhì)量。千百年來,天然花崗石因其材質(zhì)美觀、耐用受到人們的特別偏愛。在當代社會可持續(xù)發(fā)展理念的引導下,探索如何合理改進天然花崗石設計應用和加工工藝具有重要的研究意義。筆者長期居住于廣州,并從事與濕熱地區(qū)居住區(qū)景觀設計密切相關(guān)的工作,因此本文以濕熱地區(qū)居住小區(qū)作為研究范圍,結(jié)合濕熱地區(qū)的特殊氣候條件開展本研究。 居住區(qū)步行空間設計的舒適性和合理性關(guān)系一個居住區(qū)的整體景觀和環(huán)境質(zhì)量。花崗石是居住區(qū)步行空間常見的石材,尤其是濕熱地區(qū)的高檔住宅小區(qū),隨處可見花崗石的身影,甚至到了濫用的地步。天然花崗石是一種天然不可再生資源,過量的開采會造成資源枯竭和環(huán)境的破壞,因此要根據(jù)花崗石的物理特性和場地適用性進行科學的運用,尤其是濕熱地區(qū)。 作者分析了濕熱地區(qū)居住區(qū)步行空間的氣候特征、花崗石的基本性質(zhì),對花崗石在以廣州為例的濕熱地區(qū)居住區(qū)步行空間的應用進行充分的調(diào)研,根據(jù)環(huán)境適應性的要求,提出了要對濕熱地區(qū)步行空間的花崗石的防滑性和可滲透性進行處理,并結(jié)合案例分析現(xiàn)在濕熱地區(qū)居住區(qū)花崗石的使用中存在的問題并提出應用對策和建議。 本文共分七個部分來分析研究,第一部分是研究的背景及意義,第二部分是花崗石的基本特性及在居住區(qū)步行空間的分類,第三部分分析濕熱地區(qū)氣候特征及花崗石在居住區(qū)步行空間的應用設計,第四部分是濕熱地區(qū)居住區(qū)步行空間花崗石工藝處理選型,第五部分是濕熱地區(qū)步行空間花崗石維護策略,第六部分是案例研究,通過前六部分的分析研究,提出應用方法,結(jié)合案例分析現(xiàn)在濕熱地區(qū)居住區(qū)花崗石的使用中存在的問題并提出應用對策和建議。本文的創(chuàng)新點是從氣候因素考慮,發(fā)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代居住區(qū)步行空間的需要,配合生態(tài)環(huán)保的發(fā)展方向,,在此層面上研究花崗石設計的理論。并從現(xiàn)代加工方式和花崗石的特性及現(xiàn)代技術(shù)層面上,提出花崗石在濕熱氣候環(huán)境下步行空間的防滑和可滲透性的使用規(guī)則。
[Abstract]:Walking space in residential area is one of the most frequently used outdoor areas, and its design rationality and comfort directly affect the overall environmental quality of residential area. For thousands of years, natural granite because of its beautiful material, durable by people's special preference. Under the guidance of the concept of sustainable development in contemporary society, it is of great significance to explore how to reasonably improve the design, application and processing technology of natural granite. The author lived in Guangzhou for a long time, and engaged in the work closely related to the landscape design of residential areas in humid and hot areas. Therefore, this paper took the residential areas in humid and hot areas as the research scope, combined with the special climate conditions in humid and hot areas to carry out this study. The comfort and rationality of pedestrian space design of residential area are related to the overall landscape and environmental quality of a residential area. Granite is a common stone material in walking space of residential area, especially in high-grade residential area in humid and hot area. Granite can be seen everywhere, even to the extent of abuse. Natural granite is a kind of natural non-renewable resources. Excessive exploitation will cause depletion of resources and environmental damage. Therefore, scientific application should be carried out according to the physical characteristics and site applicability of granite, especially in humid and hot areas. The author analyzes the climatic characteristics of walking space of residential areas in humid and hot areas and the basic properties of granite, and makes a full investigation on the application of granite in the walking space of residential areas in humid and hot areas in Guangzhou, according to the requirements of environmental adaptability. The anti-skid and permeable properties of granite in walking space in humid and hot areas are put forward. The problems existing in the use of granite in residential areas in humid and hot areas are analyzed and the application countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. This paper is divided into seven parts, the first part is the background and significance of the study, the second part is the basic characteristics of granite and the classification of walking space in residential areas. The third part analyzes the climate characteristics of humid and hot areas and the application design of granite in walking space of residential areas. The fourth part is the selection of granite processing technology in walking space of residential areas in humid and hot areas. The fifth part is the maintenance strategy of walking space granite in humid and hot area, the sixth part is case study, through the first six parts of the analysis and research, put forward the application method, This paper analyzes the problems existing in the use of granite in the residential areas in humid and hot areas and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions. The innovation of this paper is to find out the need of walking space in modern residential areas and to study the theory of granite design on this level in accordance with the development direction of ecological environmental protection from the point of view of climate factors. From the aspects of modern processing mode, characteristics of granite and modern technology, the application rules of anti-skid and permeability of walking space of granite in humid and hot climate are put forward.
