【摘要】：近年來,隨著國家大劇院、國家體育場“鳥巢”、CCTV新臺址、廣州歌劇院以及廣州圖書館等一批大型復雜建筑結(jié)構建設的興起,以及施工過程中日益增多的安全事故,建筑施工過程中的安全問題越來越受到關注。因此,對大型復雜高層建筑進行施工仿真分析和施工監(jiān)測對保障其施工過程的安全是很有必要的。 廣東興業(yè)國際倉儲科研主樓結(jié)構建筑造型獨特,結(jié)構形式新穎。本文以該結(jié)構為工程實例,對其施工過程中的施工監(jiān)測進行了深入研究,具體工作內(nèi)容如下： 1、在廣泛查閱相關文獻的基礎上,回顧了高層鋼框架-混凝土核心筒這一混合結(jié)構的工程應用狀況,簡單介紹了混合結(jié)構的受力特點、施工特點及施工期間的時變特性。 2、探討了復雜高層混合結(jié)構施工監(jiān)測原理、方法以及施工過程力學理論與實現(xiàn)方法。 3、利用狀態(tài)變量疊加法,采用大型有限元軟件Midas/Gen對廣東興業(yè)國際倉儲科研主樓結(jié)構安裝過程進行仿真分析,分析出不同施工工況對結(jié)構的影響,并以此科學合理地指導施工監(jiān)測。 4、介紹了該結(jié)構整個施工過程及施工監(jiān)測過程,并將實測的應力、位移數(shù)據(jù)與仿真計算結(jié)果進行對比分析,保障了施工的安全。并對監(jiān)測中誤差的產(chǎn)生原因進行討論分析。 本文以廣東興業(yè)國際倉儲科研主樓為背景,對復雜高層混合結(jié)構施工監(jiān)測進行了研究,得出只有把施工仿真分析與施工監(jiān)測有機結(jié)合起來,才能更有效地保障復雜高層混合結(jié)構施工過程中的安全。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rise of the National Grand Theater, the National Stadium "Bird's Nest" and the new site of CCTV, the rise of the Guangzhou Opera House and the Guangzhou Library, and the increasing number of safety accidents in the construction process, More and more attention has been paid to the safety problems in the construction process. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out construction simulation analysis and construction monitoring for large and complex high-rise buildings to ensure the safety of their construction process. Guangdong Xingye International warehousing and Research Building has unique structure and novel structure. Taking the structure as an engineering example, this paper makes a deep study on the construction monitoring in the construction process. The specific work contents are as follows: 1. On the basis of extensive reference to relevant documents, the engineering application of the high-rise steel frame-concrete core-tube composite structure is reviewed, and the mechanical characteristics, construction characteristics and time-varying characteristics of the composite structure during construction are briefly introduced. 2. The construction monitoring principle, method, mechanics theory and realization method of complex high-rise mixed structure are discussed. 3. By using the superposition method of state variables and large scale finite element software Midas/Gen, the structural installation process of Guangdong Xingye International Warehouse and Research main Building is simulated and analyzed, and the influence of different construction conditions on the structure is analyzed. And with this scientific and reasonable guidance construction monitoring. 4. The whole construction process and the construction monitoring process of the structure are introduced, and the measured stress and displacement data are compared with the simulation results to ensure the safety of the construction. The causes of errors in monitoring are discussed and analyzed. Based on the background of Guangdong Xingye International Warehouse and Research Building, this paper studies the construction monitoring of complex high-rise mixed structure, and draws the conclusion that only the construction simulation analysis and construction monitoring can be combined organically. In order to ensure the safety of the complex high-rise hybrid structure more effectively.
