【摘要】：近年來隨著我國國民經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展，人民生活水平的提高，大型公共商業(yè)建筑在全國范圍內(nèi)迅速興起。 我國目前大部份工程采用傳統(tǒng)的防火分析的方法即“處方式”(the prescriptive fireprotection analytical code)防火分析的方法。即強調(diào)每項“指標”的達標。技術(shù)人員只需根據(jù)建筑的形式結(jié)合個人的實踐經(jīng)驗“對方抓藥”制定出防火方案，就認為是滿足防火安全要求。 但是，隨著社會進步，一方面在商業(yè)建筑中出現(xiàn)了一些規(guī)范無法規(guī)定的具有新的設(shè)計理念和結(jié)構(gòu)形式的建筑形態(tài)及新的業(yè)態(tài)分布，這些新型建筑對現(xiàn)行規(guī)范提出了巨大的挑戰(zhàn)。另一方面，，近年來，我國各地消防局根據(jù)自已在消防審批過程中的研究結(jié)果及各種相關(guān)技術(shù)支持制定出符合地方情況的法規(guī)條文來指導(dǎo)商業(yè)建筑“處方式”防火設(shè)計。 本文首先對現(xiàn)行國家與地方中有關(guān)商業(yè)建筑相關(guān)的規(guī)范條文及其理論基礎(chǔ)進行詳細的研究與對比分析，提出了地方性條文標準比國家規(guī)范對大型商業(yè)建筑的針對性更強，更詳細，是國家規(guī)范的一個有力的補充的觀點。接著通過對性能化防火設(shè)計的分析方法，案例分析，影響因素這三方面的詳細分析對比提出了在大型商業(yè)建筑防火設(shè)計中的難點與重點：疏散寬度，疏散距離，防火分區(qū)這三方面的個人看法與建議，在此基礎(chǔ)上最終得出了現(xiàn)階段大型商業(yè)建筑消防設(shè)計的策略并應(yīng)用到具體工程實例鶴山廣場中去，最終通過了當?shù)叵谰值膶徍�，獲得他們的認可，在實際工程設(shè)計中得到了應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of our national economy and the improvement of people's living standard, large scale public commercial buildings have sprung up all over the country.
At present, most of the projects in China adopt the traditional fire analysis method, the "the prescriptive fireprotection analytical code" method of fire analysis. That is to emphasize the standard of each "index". It is considered to meet the requirements of fire safety.
However, with the progress of the society, on the one hand, there are some new design concepts and structure forms and new format distribution in the commercial buildings, which have new design concepts and structural forms. These new buildings have put forward great challenges to the current norms. On the other hand, in recent years, the fire departments of our country have approved their own fire and approval according to their own fire protection. Based on the research results and related technical support, we draw up local regulations to guide the fire protection design of commercial buildings.
First of all, this paper makes a detailed study and comparative analysis of the existing national and local relevant commercial buildings and its theoretical basis, and puts forward that the local provisions are more pertinent and more detailed than the national standard for large commercial buildings. The analysis method of the fire prevention design, the case analysis, the influencing factors, the detailed analysis and comparison of the three aspects, put forward the difficulties and key points in the fire prevention design of large commercial buildings: the personal views and suggestions on the three aspects of the evacuation width, the evacuation distance and the fire protection zoning. On the basis of this, the fire protection design of the large-scale commercial buildings is finally obtained. The strategy was applied to the concrete project example Heshan square, which was finally approved by the local fire department and obtained the application in the actual engineering design.
