【摘要】:2012年7月21日,北京城市遭遇了61年以來(lái)的最強(qiáng)的降雨。但由于各種原因?qū)е鲁鞘信潘到y(tǒng)并不能承受如此負(fù)荷,再加上管網(wǎng)運(yùn)營(yíng)管理不足等的原因,導(dǎo)致城內(nèi)多處路面積水,對(duì)城市交通以及城市公共設(shè)施均造成了嚴(yán)重的影響,進(jìn)而嚴(yán)重影響了城市居民正常的生活與工作。然而,近幾年,類似事件在全國(guó)許多大中城市紛紛上演,“水上威尼斯”的場(chǎng)景屢屢發(fā)生。因此,本文便針對(duì)城市排水系統(tǒng)以及與其相關(guān)的一系列問(wèn)題展開了研究。 首先,,本文較為系統(tǒng)的研究了我國(guó)城市排水管網(wǎng)在規(guī)劃、設(shè)計(jì)、施工、管理、水資源回收利用以及美化環(huán)保等方面存在的問(wèn)題。提出了城市排水規(guī)劃應(yīng)結(jié)合城市的特點(diǎn);管網(wǎng)設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)適當(dāng)提高重現(xiàn)期;管網(wǎng)施工應(yīng)采用先進(jìn)的技術(shù)和設(shè)備;管網(wǎng)的綜合管理應(yīng)采用GIS等技術(shù);水資源特別是雨水的回收利用應(yīng)提高技術(shù)和規(guī)模;城市排水應(yīng)保持美觀和環(huán)保等基本對(duì)策。 其次,通過(guò)歸納整理和理論研究,建立了現(xiàn)代城市排水設(shè)計(jì)、施工、管理的基本體系,給出了城市雨水、生活污水、工業(yè)廢水、洪水的詳細(xì)計(jì)算公式,介紹了排水管線的施工方法,在已有成果的基礎(chǔ)上完善了城市排水管理綜合管理體系,并建立了城市排污的應(yīng)急管理系統(tǒng)。 最后,以某城市為例對(duì)城市來(lái)水量的計(jì)算,管網(wǎng)的設(shè)計(jì)方法、步驟以及管網(wǎng)布置等各方面進(jìn)行綜合的示范性說(shuō)明。
[Abstract]:On July 21, 2012, Beijing suffered its strongest rainfall in 61 years. However, due to various reasons, the urban drainage system can not bear such a load, coupled with the insufficient operation and management of the pipe network and other reasons, leading to many places in the city surface water, which has a serious impact on urban traffic and urban public facilities. And then seriously affected the normal life and work of urban residents. However, in recent years, similar events have been staged in many large and medium-sized cities across the country. Therefore, a series of problems related to urban drainage system are studied in this paper. First of all, this paper systematically studies the problems existing in the planning, design, construction, management, water resources recycling and beautifying environmental protection of urban drainage networks in China. It is pointed out that the urban drainage planning should be combined with the characteristics of the city, the pipe network design should increase the recurrence period properly, the advanced technology and equipment should be used in the pipe network construction, the comprehensive management of the pipe network should adopt the technology of GIS and so on. The recovery and utilization of water resources, especially Rain Water, should be improved in technology and scale, and the basic countermeasures of urban drainage should be kept beautiful and environmental protection. Secondly, the basic system of modern urban drainage design, construction and management has been established through induction, collation and theoretical research, and the detailed calculation formulas of urban Rain Water, domestic sewage, industrial wastewater and flood have been given. This paper introduces the construction method of drainage pipeline, improves the comprehensive management system of urban drainage management on the basis of the existing achievements, and establishes the emergency management system of urban sewerage. Finally, taking a city as an example, the calculation of urban water quantity, the design method, steps and layout of the pipe network are illustrated comprehensively.
