【摘要】：在我國,水資源短缺與洪澇災(zāi)害的問題并存。近年來,我國大中城市雨洪災(zāi)害頻發(fā),由此造成的損失加重,很大程度上威脅著人們的生命和財(cái)產(chǎn)安全。隨著我國城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程的加快,大地景觀發(fā)生了翻天覆地的變化,自然生態(tài)環(huán)境在城市建設(shè)活動中遭到破壞,而城市下墊層中硬化面積的增加,導(dǎo)致城市水循環(huán)不暢,是造成城市內(nèi)澇問題的原因之一。長期以來,雨水在城市水循環(huán)系統(tǒng)中起到的作用易被人們忽視,雨洪資源因得不到合理的利用而大量流失,雨水利用率低。 針對我國城市面臨的雨洪問題,本文提出將景觀生態(tài)學(xué)的相關(guān)原理與城市雨洪管理相結(jié)合,進(jìn)行雨洪管理措施的研究。第一章闡述城市雨水資源與水系統(tǒng)的關(guān)系,提出國內(nèi)外雨洪管理面臨的問題。第二章梳理景觀生態(tài)學(xué)的相關(guān)原理和理念。第三章分析我國城市雨洪管理與其相關(guān)子系統(tǒng)的關(guān)系,總結(jié)國內(nèi)外雨洪管理的研究動態(tài)及雨洪管理的模式。第四章為“解決問題”總結(jié)方法的部分,探討基于景觀生態(tài)學(xué)的城市雨洪管理方法,提出綠色基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施思想和景觀生態(tài)安全格局途徑的應(yīng)用并展開說明。第五章是實(shí)踐案例的研究,選取株洲云龍生態(tài)示范區(qū)作為生態(tài)雨洪調(diào)蓄系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃的案例,以北京奧林匹克公園為例,分析綠色基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施在雨洪管理中的應(yīng)用實(shí)踐。第六章為結(jié)論和展望。本文希望通過對基于景觀生態(tài)學(xué)的城市雨洪管理方法的初步研究,起到拋磚引玉的作用,促進(jìn)城市雨洪管理與景觀生態(tài)學(xué)結(jié)合的研究取得更大的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In our country, the problem of water resources shortage and flood disaster coexist. In recent years, rain and flood disasters have occurred frequently in large and medium cities in China, resulting in increased losses, which to a large extent threaten the safety of people's lives and property. With the acceleration of urbanization in China, the earth landscape has undergone earth-shaking changes, the natural ecological environment has been destroyed in the urban construction activities, and the increase of the hardened area in the underlying layer of the city has led to a lack of water circulation in the city. Is one of the causes of urban waterlogging problems. For a long time, the role played by Rain Water in the urban water circulation system is easy to be ignored, the rainwater and flood resources are largely lost because they can not be used reasonably, and the utilization ratio of Rain Water is low. In view of the rain flood problem faced by cities in China, this paper proposes to combine the relevant principles of landscape ecology with urban rain flood management to study the rainwater management measures. The first chapter expounds the relationship between urban Rain Water resources and water system, and puts forward the problems of rain flood management at home and abroad. The second chapter combs the landscape ecology related principle and the idea. The third chapter analyzes the relationship between urban rain flood management and its related subsystems, summarizes the research trends of rain flood management at home and abroad and the model of rain flood management. The fourth chapter is the summary method of "problem solving", discusses the urban stormwater management method based on landscape ecology, and puts forward the application of green infrastructure and landscape ecological security pattern. The fifth chapter is the practical case study, selected Zhuzhou Yunlong ecological demonstration area as a case study of ecological rain flood regulation and storage system planning, taking Beijing Olympic Park as an example, analyzes the application practice of green infrastructure in rain flood management. The sixth chapter is the conclusion and prospect. This paper hopes that through the preliminary study of urban rain flood management method based on landscape ecology, it will play an important role in promoting the combination of urban rain flood management and landscape ecology to achieve greater development.
