福州奧體體育場(chǎng)工程建筑信息模型(BIM)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:福州海峽奧林匹克體育中心項(xiàng)目主體育場(chǎng)總座椅數(shù)為59562座,屬于特級(jí)特大型體育建筑。在項(xiàng)目初期規(guī)劃時(shí),提出了在本項(xiàng)目中應(yīng)用BIM技術(shù)為項(xiàng)目的施工和運(yùn)營(yíng)方案服務(wù)。BIM項(xiàng)目實(shí)施采用團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作方式進(jìn)行。體育場(chǎng)應(yīng)用BIM技術(shù)進(jìn)行建模和模擬,在我國(guó)BIM施工應(yīng)用中尚屬首例,沒有完整的相關(guān)資料可以參照。此次研究完成了奧體體育場(chǎng)的BIM建模、整體施工模擬以及基于BIM模型的看臺(tái)區(qū)疏散模擬等關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究。 BIM建模采用了Autodesk Revit2013,完成了建筑(含電梯)、鋼結(jié)構(gòu)、砼結(jié)構(gòu)(不含鋼筋)模型,電氣和智能化的橋架模型,通風(fēng)、空調(diào)、給排水、消防的管道模型以及主要的設(shè)備機(jī)房模型。論文探討了奧體體育場(chǎng)建模BIM團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作建模的管理環(huán)境建立、建模順序、人員分工與協(xié)作方式、族庫(kù)和樣板準(zhǔn)備、模型策劃方案以及奧體體育場(chǎng)建模的主要技術(shù)難點(diǎn)和解決方法。論文提出了“手工借用”的協(xié)作方式、體育場(chǎng)模型的拆分方案、鋼構(gòu)模型的Revit間接建模方式、借用欄桿族進(jìn)行線性重復(fù)構(gòu)件優(yōu)化等創(chuàng)新思路。 施工模擬采用了采用NavisWorks Manage2013的TimeLiner模塊,并采用Project Professional2010建立模擬專用施工進(jìn)度計(jì)劃。本次研究完成了建筑、結(jié)構(gòu)模型聯(lián)合施工模擬。論文探討了奧體體育場(chǎng)施工模擬的四階段劃分,模型的導(dǎo)出導(dǎo)入,構(gòu)件集合的整理、附著,施工模擬的仿真參數(shù)等內(nèi)容。論文提出了在建模和導(dǎo)出、導(dǎo)入模型時(shí)完成構(gòu)件歸集的創(chuàng)新工作思路,BIM模型與施工實(shí)際的區(qū)域劃分不一致時(shí)的處理方法。 體育場(chǎng)看臺(tái)疏散模擬模擬,是將BIM生成的看臺(tái)模型導(dǎo)入Pathfinder2011進(jìn)行疏散模擬。本次研究完成了上下看臺(tái)區(qū)的六種類型分為三大區(qū)域進(jìn)行的疏散模擬。論文探討了BIM模型導(dǎo)入Pathfinder的尺寸單位、模型識(shí)別、模型修正,模擬的人員行為模式以及模擬參數(shù)設(shè)定等內(nèi)容,并提出了兩點(diǎn)Pathfinder用于模擬體育場(chǎng)看臺(tái)疏散的軟件改進(jìn)意見。
[Abstract]:The total number of seats in the main stadium of Fuzhou Strait Olympic Sports Center is 59562, belonging to super large sports buildings. In the initial planning of the project, the application of BIM technology to the construction and operation of the project. The application of BIM technology to the modeling and simulation of stadiums is the first case in the application of BIM construction in China, and there is no complete relevant data to refer to. This research has completed the key technology research such as BIM modeling, integral construction simulation and BIM model based evacuation simulation of the stadium. The BIM model adopts Autodesk Revit2013.It completes the building (including elevator, steel structure, concrete structure (excluding steel bar) model, electric and intelligent bridge frame model, ventilation, air conditioning, water supply and drainage model, fire fighting pipe model and main equipment machine room model. This paper discusses the establishment of management environment, modeling sequence, division of labor and cooperation mode, family library and template preparation of BIM team modeling in Olympic Stadium. Model planning scheme and the main technical difficulties and solutions of the Olympic Stadium modeling. This paper puts forward some innovative ideas, such as the cooperation mode of "manual borrowing", the split scheme of stadium model, the indirect Revit model of steel structure model, and the optimization of linear repeated components by using railing family. The TimeLiner module of NavisWorks Manage2013 is used in the construction simulation, and Project Professional2010 is used to set up the special construction schedule. This research completes the construction simulation of building and structure model. This paper discusses the four-stage division of the construction simulation of the Olympic Stadium, the derivation and introduction of the model, the arrangement of the component set, the attachment, the simulation parameters of the construction simulation, and so on. This paper puts forward a new method to deal with the problem that the BIM model is inconsistent with the actual construction area division when the model is modeled and imported and the component collection is completed. The simulation of stadium grandstand evacuation is to import the grandstand model generated by BIM into Pathfinder2011 for evacuation simulation. In this study, six types of upper and lower stands are divided into three regions to carry out evacuation simulation. This paper discusses the dimension unit, model identification, model modification, simulated personnel behavior mode and simulation parameter setting of BIM model import Pathfinder, and puts forward two points of Pathfinder software improvement to simulate stadium bleachers evacuation.
