超高層住宅設(shè)計(jì)的技術(shù)對(duì)應(yīng)措施研究

【摘要】:近年來,中國(guó)的城市化速度有目共睹,給超高層住宅的誕生提供了客觀條件,尤其是在大城市,超高層住宅的發(fā)展空間巨大。但是,相關(guān)的實(shí)踐表明,內(nèi)地的超高層住宅設(shè)計(jì)在技術(shù)方面也存在一定的不足。本文的結(jié)構(gòu)脈絡(luò),意在先通過分析超高層住宅的特點(diǎn),進(jìn)而探討其防火疏散和相關(guān)的安全技術(shù)措施,最后結(jié)合著名的超高層住宅案例進(jìn)行分析。 在第二章,筆者從超高層住宅的概念入手,分析超高層住宅不同于一般住宅的特點(diǎn),主要從超高層住宅的居住心理及宜居性、空間尺度及環(huán)境兼容性、結(jié)構(gòu)體系及建筑構(gòu)造、防火及疏散特點(diǎn)來分析,這一章在超高層住宅不同于普通住宅的基本概念上做了研究,不同于普通高層住宅的根本在于超高層住宅超于100m的建筑高度,尤其是那在100m之上建筑高度的空間,,分析其特殊性,為以下重點(diǎn)的兩個(gè)章節(jié)做鋪墊。 第三章是本文的重點(diǎn)章節(jié),主要講超高層住宅的防火疏散方面的技術(shù)措施。從總平面的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)開始講起,主要考慮建筑間的防火間距、消防車道、消防撲救面及場(chǎng)地規(guī)劃中涉及到的特殊房間的設(shè)置等等。到建筑內(nèi)部,先研究預(yù)防火災(zāi)報(bào)警系統(tǒng),主要分析預(yù)報(bào)警系統(tǒng)本身和其與使用者行為的結(jié)合,其次是國(guó)家相關(guān)規(guī)范中規(guī)定中的最多的與核心筒相關(guān)的設(shè)計(jì),主要包括防煙樓梯間和消防電梯,以及樓內(nèi)疏散避難空間如避難層、屋頂平臺(tái)的設(shè)計(jì)和構(gòu)造裝修的耐火等級(jí)要求,構(gòu)造裝修主要涉及到外墻保溫層和室內(nèi)的裝修材料的相關(guān)防火要求。 第四章主要談超高層住宅的安全技術(shù)措施,選擇適宜的結(jié)構(gòu)體系、結(jié)合體形的選擇考慮抗風(fēng)和抗震的影響、考慮底層是否有裙樓設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)住宅的影響、外墻和陽(yáng)臺(tái)、門窗設(shè)計(jì)及細(xì)部構(gòu)造。 最后,通過案例的分析,在一些成功的案例中尋找一些共同點(diǎn),對(duì)以后的超高層住宅設(shè)計(jì)提供一些參考。筆者也相信,超高層住宅具有一定的前景,以后會(huì)有更大的發(fā)展,本文的研究也具有一定的意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the speed of urbanization in China is obvious to all, which provides objective conditions for the birth of super-high-rise housing, especially in large cities, the development of super-high-rise housing space is huge. However, the relevant practice shows that the design of super-high-rise residential buildings in the mainland also has some technical deficiencies. The structural context of this paper is intended to analyze the characteristics of super-high-rise residential buildings, and then to discuss the fire-proof evacuation and related safety measures, and finally to analyze the famous super-high-rise housing cases. In the second chapter, the author starts with the concept of super-high-rise residence, analyzes the characteristics of super-high-rise residence different from ordinary residence, mainly from the perspective of residential psychology and liveability, spatial scale and environmental compatibility, structural system and architectural structure of super-high-rise residence. The characteristics of fire prevention and evacuation are analyzed. In this chapter, the basic concept of super high-rise residence is studied, which is different from that of ordinary residence, and the fundamental reason is that the building height of super high-rise residence exceeds 100m. In particular, the space above 100 m height, analysis of its particularity, for the following two key chapters to pave the way. The third chapter is the key chapter of this paper, mainly on the fire-proof evacuation of super-high-rise residential technical measures. Starting from the planning and design of the general plane, it mainly considers the fire prevention distance between the buildings, the fire fighting lane, the fire fighting surface and the setting of the special rooms involved in the site planning and so on. Inside the building, the first step is to study the fire alarm system, mainly to analyze the prewarning system itself and its combination with the behavior of the user, and secondly, the most relevant design related to the core tube as stipulated in the relevant national code. Mainly including smoke prevention stairways and fire elevators, as well as building evacuation shelter space such as sheltered floor, roof platform design and construction of the fire grade requirements, The structure decoration mainly involves the exterior wall insulation layer and the interior decoration material related fire proof request. The fourth chapter mainly talks about the safety technical measures of super high-rise residential building, chooses the appropriate structure system, considers the influence of wind resistance and earthquake resistance combined with the choice of body shape, considers whether the bottom floor has the influence of the skirt building design to the residence, the exterior wall and the balcony, Door and window design and detail construction. Finally, through the case analysis, some successful cases to find some common ground, to provide some reference for the future design of super high-rise housing. The author also believes that the super-high-rise residence has a certain prospect and will have greater development in the future. The research of this paper also has certain significance.
