新型大跨度空間結(jié)構(gòu)施工拼裝溫度方案合理性數(shù)值研究

【摘要】:大跨度空間結(jié)構(gòu)往往施工工期較長(zhǎng),這就導(dǎo)致結(jié)構(gòu)施工期間的溫度變化幅度較大。一般北方地區(qū)年最高氣溫與最低氣溫往往相差超過40°C,考慮太陽(yáng)輻射影響后,結(jié)構(gòu)表面溫度更可相差60°C~100°C,加之空間結(jié)構(gòu)本身往往屬于高次超靜定結(jié)構(gòu),致使結(jié)構(gòu)建設(shè)過程中極易產(chǎn)生較大的施工內(nèi)力,出現(xiàn)重大安全隱患。有鑒于此,對(duì)新型大跨度空間結(jié)構(gòu)的施工拼裝過程進(jìn)行了數(shù)值模擬研究,探討了不同溫度模型對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)拼裝所產(chǎn)生的影響(溫度應(yīng)力方面),最后給出了較優(yōu)的施工拼裝溫度計(jì)算模型。
[Abstract]:Long span space structures tend to have a long construction period, which results in a large variation of temperature during construction. In general, the difference between the annual maximum temperature and the lowest temperature in the northern region is more than 40 擄C. considering the influence of solar radiation, the surface temperature of the structure can be more than 60 擄C ~ (100 擄C), and the spatial structure itself is often a high-order statically indeterminate structure. In the process of structure construction, it is easy to produce a large internal force of construction, and there are major hidden dangers of safety. In view of this, the construction and assembly process of new large-span spatial structures is numerically simulated. This paper discusses the influence of different temperature models on the structure assembly (temperature stress), and finally gives a better calculation model of the construction assembly temperature.
