挖掘機(jī)遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的研究與設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:近些年,隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展,以鐵路、建筑、水利、石油天然氣管道為代表的基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)工程日益增多,這必然伴隨著對以挖掘機(jī)為代表的工程機(jī)械需求量的日益增長。然而,隨著挖掘機(jī)在國內(nèi)的使用數(shù)量越來越多,對其進(jìn)行維護(hù)、管理、施工調(diào)度的過程中存在的問題也顯現(xiàn)得日益突出,傳統(tǒng)的解決辦法已不足以應(yīng)對。因此,利用現(xiàn)有的信息技術(shù)開發(fā)針對挖掘機(jī)的遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)已成為一種必然趨勢。 本文首先闡述了課題研究背景以及遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控技術(shù)的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,分析并總結(jié)了目前挖掘機(jī)遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的主要需求,在對遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)涉及的相關(guān)技術(shù)做了充分的了解后,制定了遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的總體設(shè)計(jì)方案。 遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)由安裝在挖掘機(jī)上的車載終端和遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測中心組成。車載終端以STC12C5A60S2單片機(jī)為核心,外圍模塊包括GPS定位模塊、GSM無線通信模塊、CAN總線通信模塊、液晶顯示模塊、串口通信模塊和電源模塊。根據(jù)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)方案完成了車載終端的軟硬件設(shè)計(jì)、PCB電路板焊接以及車載終端軟硬件的整體調(diào)試。本文通過兩個(gè)章節(jié)分別對車載終端的硬件和軟件設(shè)計(jì)做了闡述,并給出了車載終端各個(gè)功能模塊的硬件電路原理圖和軟件設(shè)計(jì)流程圖。 監(jiān)測中心由GSM DTU模塊和上位機(jī)軟件兩部分組成。上位機(jī)軟件的編程語言采用NI公司推出的圖形化編程語言LabVIEW,監(jiān)測中心負(fù)責(zé)完成對車載終端上傳數(shù)據(jù)的接收、解析、界面顯示等工作。本文根據(jù)實(shí)際需求完成了監(jiān)測中心GSM DTU模塊的軟件設(shè)計(jì)以及上位機(jī)軟件的界面設(shè)計(jì)和程序設(shè)計(jì),在文中給出了GSM DTU模塊的軟件設(shè)計(jì)流程圖以及上位機(jī)軟件主要模塊的程序框圖。 在本文的最后對全文工作做了總結(jié),指出了本文研究工作中存在的不足以及今后的改進(jìn)方向和建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of China's economy, the number of infrastructure projects represented by railway, construction, water conservancy and oil and gas pipelines is increasing day by day, which is bound to accompany the increasing demand for construction machinery represented by excavators. However, with the increasing number of excavators used in China, the problems in the process of maintenance, management and construction scheduling are becoming increasingly prominent, and the traditional solutions are not enough to deal with them. Therefore, it has become an inevitable trend to develop a remote monitoring system for excavators by using existing information technology. This paper first describes the research background of the subject and the research status of remote monitoring technology at home and abroad, analyzes and summarizes the main requirements of the current remote monitoring system of excavators, after making a full understanding of the relevant technologies involved in the remote monitoring system. The overall design scheme of remote monitoring system is established. The remote monitoring system consists of an on-board terminal installed on the excavator and a remote monitoring center. The STC12C5A60S2 MCU is the core of the vehicle terminal, and the peripheral modules include the GPS positioning module, the GSM wireless communication module, the can bus communication module, the liquid crystal display module, the serial port communication module and the power supply module. According to the system design, the hardware and software design of the vehicle terminal is completed. The PCB circuit board welding and the whole debugging of the hardware and software of the vehicle terminal are completed. In this paper, the hardware and software design of the vehicle terminal is described in two chapters, and the hardware circuit schematic diagram and the software design flow chart of each function module of the vehicle terminal are given. The monitoring center consists of GSM DTU module and PC software. The programming language of upper computer software is LabVIEW, a graphical programming language developed by NI Company. The monitoring center is responsible for receiving, analyzing and displaying the data uploaded by vehicle terminal. In this paper, the software design of GSM DTU module of monitoring center and the interface design and program design of upper computer software are completed according to the actual demand. The flow chart of software design of GSM DTU module and the program block diagram of main module of upper computer software are given in this paper. At the end of this paper, the author summarizes the work of this paper, and points out the shortcomings of the research work in this paper, as well as the direction and suggestions for improvement in the future.
