基于BIM技術(shù)的建筑能耗模擬分析與傳統(tǒng)建筑能耗分析對(duì)比研究

【摘要】:能源是一個(gè)國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的支撐與動(dòng)力,是人類賴以生存的資源。上世紀(jì)70年代石油危機(jī)后,如何節(jié)約及綜合利用能源這一問題得到越來越多國(guó)家的高度關(guān)注。我國(guó)作為能源消耗大國(guó),能源消耗總量增長(zhǎng)迅速,其中建筑能耗在全國(guó)總能耗中的比重居第一位,已從上世紀(jì)70年代末的10%上升到近年的30%,建筑節(jié)能成為社會(huì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的首要任務(wù)。 建筑信息模型(Building Information Modeling,簡(jiǎn)稱BIM)作為一種創(chuàng)新的工具與生產(chǎn)方式,通過建立數(shù)字化的BIM參數(shù)模型,將數(shù)字信息技術(shù)直接應(yīng)用于建設(shè)項(xiàng)目全生命周期中,已經(jīng)在西方發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家得到廣泛關(guān)注及應(yīng)用。本研究旨在綜合應(yīng)用BIM技術(shù),在設(shè)計(jì)階段利用EcotectAnalysis軟件建立能耗模擬信息模型,對(duì)重慶市住宅建筑進(jìn)行能耗模擬分析。并與我國(guó)目前傳統(tǒng)能耗分析的流程進(jìn)行比較,主要對(duì)比能耗分析參與方、軟件、分析流程、能耗分析數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)果等方面的差異,從而總結(jié)BIM技術(shù)如何應(yīng)用于建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的建筑節(jié)能分析,與傳統(tǒng)的能耗分析流程相比的優(yōu)勢(shì)與缺點(diǎn)。讓建筑設(shè)計(jì)師正確認(rèn)識(shí)Ecotect軟件在建筑節(jié)能中的可行性與適用性,將BIM技術(shù)及軟件進(jìn)行推廣,使BIM技術(shù)能在工程項(xiàng)目中得到更廣泛的應(yīng)用,,使建筑師選擇準(zhǔn)確且適合設(shè)計(jì)的軟件進(jìn)行各項(xiàng)節(jié)能模擬,設(shè)計(jì)出更為高效的節(jié)能建筑方案。
[Abstract]:Energy is the support and power of a country's economic development and the resource on which human beings depend for survival. After the oil crisis in the 1970s, more and more countries pay more and more attention to the problem of how to economize and comprehensively utilize energy. As a large country of energy consumption, China has a rapid growth in total energy consumption, among which building energy consumption occupies the first place in the total energy consumption in the country. From 10% in the late 1970s to 30% in recent years, building energy conservation has become the primary task of social sustainable development. Building Information Modeling (BIMM), as an innovative tool and mode of production, directly applies digital information technology to the whole life cycle of a construction project through the establishment of a digital BIM parameter model. Has been widely concerned about and applied in western developed countries. The purpose of this study is to use BIM technology to establish energy consumption simulation information model by using EcotectAnalysis software in the design stage, and to simulate and analyze the energy consumption of residential buildings in Chongqing. And compared with the current traditional energy consumption analysis process in China, the main comparison of energy consumption analysis participants, software, analysis process, energy consumption analysis data results and other aspects of differences, The advantages and disadvantages of applying BIM technology to energy saving analysis of construction projects compared with the traditional energy consumption analysis process are summarized. Let the architect understand correctly the feasibility and applicability of Ecotect software in building energy saving, and popularize BIM technology and software, so that BIM technology can be more widely used in engineering projects. The architect chooses the software which is accurate and suitable for design to carry out the energy saving simulation, and designs a more efficient energy saving building scheme.
