水泥-礦粉復(fù)合膠凝體系的優(yōu)化配伍

【摘要】:建立特細(xì)水泥-較粗礦粉、特細(xì)水泥-特細(xì)礦粉、普通細(xì)度水泥-普通細(xì)度礦粉、普通細(xì)度水泥-較細(xì)礦粉4個(gè)細(xì)度配伍系列,每一系列內(nèi)礦粉均以一定摻量替代水泥形成復(fù)合膠凝體系試樣。利用水泥與礦粉激光粒度檢測(cè)結(jié)果計(jì)算復(fù)合膠凝體系的顆粒群分布,運(yùn)用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析方法計(jì)算復(fù)合膠凝顆粒群分布曲線與理想顆粒群分布—Fuller曲線的關(guān)聯(lián)度;同時(shí)測(cè)定復(fù)合膠凝體系試樣的膠砂流動(dòng)度、凈漿流變性能和不同齡期的活性值。結(jié)果表明:試樣實(shí)際顆粒群分布與Fuller曲線灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度值與其膠砂流動(dòng)度存在良好的相關(guān)性,即灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度值較高時(shí)試樣的流動(dòng)度較好;在摻量較低范圍(低于60%)礦粉的介入對(duì)復(fù)合體系屈服應(yīng)力和黏度影響有限,而大摻量后則隨礦粉細(xì)度變細(xì)和摻量增加顯著提高漿體的屈服應(yīng)力與黏度;各細(xì)度配伍系列均呈現(xiàn)礦粉摻量為50%時(shí)膠砂活性值相對(duì)較高,且普通細(xì)度水泥-較細(xì)礦粉配伍試樣的活性值最為理想。綜上可知以比表面積為300~350m2/kg的普通細(xì)度水泥配伍比表面積為400~450m2/kg較細(xì)細(xì)度礦粉,且礦粉摻量為50%左右較為適宜。
[Abstract]:The four fineness compatibility series of ultrafine cement and coarse ore powder, ultrafine cement and ultrafine ore powder, ordinary fineness cement and ordinary fine ore powder, ordinary fineness cement and fine ore powder were established. Each series of mineral powder replaced cement with a certain amount to form a composite cementing system sample. The particle group distribution of the composite cementitious system is calculated by using the laser particle size detection results of cement and mineral powder, and the correlation degree between the distribution curve of composite cementing particle group and the ideal particle group distribution is calculated by using the grey relation analysis method. At the same time, the flowability of cement sand, the rheological properties of slurry and the activity of different ages were measured. The results show that there is a good correlation between the actual particle group distribution of the sample and the grey correlation degree of Fuller curve and the flowability of cement sand, that is, when the grey correlation degree is higher, the flow degree of the sample is better. The influence of ore powder intervention on yield stress and viscosity of composite system is limited in the lower range (less than 60%), but the yield stress and viscosity increase significantly with the increase of ore powder fineness and content. All the fineness compatibility series show that the activity value of cement sand is relatively high when the powder content is 50, and the activity value of ordinary fineness cement-fine ore powder compatibility sample is the most ideal. It can be concluded that the specific surface area of ordinary fineness cement with specific surface area of 300~350m2/kg is 400~450m2/kg, and the content of mineral powder is about 50%.
