【摘要】：研究在綜述國(guó)內(nèi)城市色彩規(guī)劃的基礎(chǔ)上,借鑒法定規(guī)劃編制體系,構(gòu)建了包括總體色彩規(guī)劃、控制色彩規(guī)劃和色彩整改規(guī)劃在內(nèi)的一套色彩規(guī)劃編制體系。其中,總體色彩規(guī)劃是在對(duì)城市色彩現(xiàn)狀分析的基礎(chǔ)上,提出城市色彩總體定位,確定城市整體基調(diào)和總色譜;控制色彩規(guī)劃是在總體色彩規(guī)劃的基礎(chǔ)上,將城市劃分為若干個(gè)管理分區(qū),并對(duì)控制區(qū)內(nèi)不同類(lèi)型建筑的色彩進(jìn)行控制引導(dǎo);色彩整改規(guī)劃是城市色彩規(guī)劃的最終落實(shí),其針對(duì)城市重點(diǎn)片區(qū)提出面向?qū)嵤┑纳矢脑旖ㄗh。最終,研究以洛陽(yáng)市為例,在城市色彩規(guī)劃編制體系框架內(nèi)完成了洛陽(yáng)市城市色彩專(zhuān)項(xiàng)規(guī)劃。
[Abstract]:On the basis of summarizing the domestic urban color planning and drawing on the statutory planning system, a set of color planning system including general color planning, color control planning and color rectification planning is constructed. Among them, the overall color planning is based on the analysis of the current situation of urban color, the overall positioning of urban color, the determination of the overall city tone and general chromatography, the control of color planning is based on the overall color planning, The city is divided into several management zones, and the color of different types of buildings in the control area is controlled and guided, and the color rectification planning is the final implementation of the urban color planning. It puts forward the suggestion of color transformation oriented to the city key area. Finally, taking Luoyang as an example, the special urban color planning of Luoyang is completed within the framework of urban color planning system.
