城市中心商業(yè)區(qū)空中步行連廊研究

【摘要】:近年來,在我國經(jīng)濟(jì)飛速發(fā)展、城市化進(jìn)程日益加速及機(jī)動車數(shù)量爆發(fā)式增長的時代背景下,在很多大城市的中心商業(yè)區(qū)交通擁堵、人車矛盾、商業(yè)活力及城市景觀等問題日漸凸顯,在現(xiàn)有的步行天橋等空中步行設(shè)施的基礎(chǔ)上適時適地地發(fā)展空中步行連廊,除了旨在解決上述現(xiàn)實(shí)問題,還對于保持和提高城市活力、完善城市公共空間的環(huán)境和質(zhì)量有著特殊的意義和作用。 相比于較為成熟已成體系的空中步行系統(tǒng)和個體獨(dú)立功能單一的空中步行設(shè)施,發(fā)展建設(shè)城市中心商業(yè)區(qū)的空中步行連廊,是在吸取先進(jìn)規(guī)劃理念和實(shí)施經(jīng)驗(yàn)上最切合我國大部分城市中心商業(yè)區(qū)的城市設(shè)計(jì)策略。首先,本文從更宏觀的角度出發(fā),對空中步行連廊所屬的城市公共空間作出了相關(guān)的闡述,并在環(huán)境心理、道路與交通規(guī)劃等相關(guān)理論的基礎(chǔ)上,對其中涉及到的相關(guān)內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)化的梳理。此外并結(jié)合上述理論基礎(chǔ),借鑒國內(nèi)外成功案例,對空中步行連廊系統(tǒng)的各種特性進(jìn)行了歸納分析,并提煉出對我國發(fā)展空中步行連廊值得借鑒的啟示。 之后以國內(nèi)的成都、重慶、北京、杭州、南寧、綿陽、西安、銀川等城市中心商業(yè)區(qū)的空中步行連廊或空中步行設(shè)施為重點(diǎn)實(shí)地調(diào)研對象,以哈爾濱、深圳、貴陽等城市中心商業(yè)區(qū)的空中步行設(shè)施為輔助資料調(diào)研對象,通過實(shí)景拍攝、現(xiàn)場計(jì)數(shù)、問卷調(diào)查、個人訪談等科學(xué)方法,積累了大量真實(shí)有效的一手資料,并選取已建成的空中步行設(shè)施中最具備為與周邊建筑環(huán)境發(fā)生聯(lián)系的對象,針對存在的問題進(jìn)行優(yōu)化改造的設(shè)計(jì)方案,隨后從幾個方面提出相關(guān)的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)建議。 全文第一章為緒論,介紹了研究的背景及意義、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀等;第二章對研究空中步行連廊涉及到的城市公共空間、環(huán)境心理、道路與交通規(guī)劃及城市設(shè)計(jì)等相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)理論進(jìn)行了選擇性的綜述;第三章對加拿大卡爾加里、美國明尼阿波利斯及中國香港等三個建設(shè)空中步行連廊系統(tǒng)較為成功的范例城市作了詳盡的介紹和分析;第四章對實(shí)地調(diào)研和資料調(diào)研的成果進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)整理和歸納分析;第五章在第四章的調(diào)研分析基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合相關(guān)理論資料與范例研究,選取調(diào)研城市中幾個較為可行的對象做相應(yīng)的改造設(shè)計(jì)方案,并結(jié)合客觀現(xiàn)狀提出幾點(diǎn)適合國內(nèi)城市中心商業(yè)區(qū)空中步行連廊的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)策略。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of China's economy, the accelerating process of urbanization and the explosive growth of motor vehicles, the traffic congestion, the contradiction of man and car, the commercial vitality and the urban landscape are becoming more and more important in the central commercial areas of many big cities. In addition to the purpose of solving the above practical problems, the development of the air walking corridor is of special significance and function for maintaining and improving the vitality of the city and improving the environment and quality of the urban public space.
Compared to the more mature system of air walking system and individual independent function of the air walking facilities, the development and construction of the air walking corridor in the central commercial area of the city is the city design strategy which is best suited to most of the central commercial areas of our country by absorbing the advanced planning idea and experience. On the basis of the related theories of environmental psychology, road and traffic planning, the relevant contents of the urban public space belonging to the corridor of the air walking corridor are systematized. In addition, the above theoretical basis is combined with the successful cases at home and abroad for the air walking company. The characteristics of the corridor system are summarized and analyzed, and the enlightenment for our development of air walk corridor is drawn out.
Then the air walking corridors or air walking facilities in the central commercial areas of Chengdu, Chongqing, Beijing, Hangzhou, Nanning, Mianyang, Xi'an, Yinchuan and other urban central commercial areas are the key field research objects. Questionnaire survey, personal interview and other scientific methods, accumulated a large number of real and effective first-hand information, and selected the established air walking facilities which have the most related to the surrounding building environment, to optimize the design of the existing problems, and then put forward related planning and design suggestions from several aspects.
The first chapter of the full text is the introduction, introducing the background and significance of the study, the status quo at home and abroad, and so on. The second chapter gives a selective and comprehensive description of the basic theories related to urban public space, environmental psychology, road and traffic planning and urban design, and the third chapter to Calgary, Canada, Minnie, USA A detailed introduction and analysis are made of three successful example cities in the construction of the air walking corridor system in apolis and Hongkong, China. The fourth chapter collated and analyzed the results of the field investigation and data investigation; the fifth chapter, based on the investigation and analysis of the fourth chapter, combined with the relevant theoretical data and examples. Taking some more feasible objects in the city to do the corresponding reform design scheme, and combining with the objective situation, this paper puts forward some planning and design strategies suitable for the air walking corridor in the central commercial area of the city.
