北京地區(qū)太陽能供暖集熱—蓄熱系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:目前世界經(jīng)濟飛速發(fā)展,由此帶來的能源問題以及能源緊張所誘發(fā)的社會、環(huán)境問題逐步突現(xiàn)。太陽能作為一種綠色可再生能源,對其開發(fā)利用意義重大。本文對國內外太陽能應用背景、太陽能供暖集熱-蓄熱系統(tǒng)發(fā)展狀況進行了綜合評述,分析了太陽能熱應用的優(yōu)勢和缺點,并針對北京地區(qū)新農(nóng)村太陽能供暖系統(tǒng)工程應用過程中存在的問題,從理論研究、模擬分析、實驗測試三方面研究分析,為該系統(tǒng)在北京地區(qū)的工程設計、施工、運行維護管理提供了科學合理的指導。 理論模擬研究方面,本文對太陽能供暖系統(tǒng)工作原理以及建筑采暖熱工設計中常用的建筑熱平衡原理和SLR法進行了詳細地分析;利用光學、幾何學、熱力學、傳熱學知識對太陽能集熱器、儲熱水箱進行理論分析研究;運用太陽能熱利用動態(tài)模擬軟件-Polysun對北京地區(qū)某新農(nóng)村太陽能供暖工程項目全年運行過程進行了分析研究;對北京地區(qū)集熱器最佳傾角及其最佳方位角,,集熱器面積與水箱體積匹配問題,影響集熱器面積的因素,儲熱水箱體積與集熱效率、貯熱效率三者關系,太陽能保證率、水箱容積率(貯熱水箱體積與集熱器面積之比)對水箱體積的影響狀況進行了分析總結。 實驗測試方面,本文分析了不同天氣情況、系統(tǒng)工況下的室內外溫度測定結果,對比分析了供暖系統(tǒng)調整部件參數(shù)前后全年太陽能集熱器供熱量、輔助熱源供熱量、系統(tǒng)末端耗熱量、儲熱水箱熱損失以及年太陽能保證率的變化情況。
[Abstract]:At present, with the rapid development of the world economy, the energy problems and the social and environmental problems caused by the energy stress appear gradually.As a kind of green renewable energy, solar energy is of great significance to its development and utilization.In this paper, the background of solar energy application at home and abroad and the development status of solar heating collector and heat storage system are comprehensively reviewed, and the advantages and disadvantages of solar energy thermal application are analyzed.Aiming at the problems existing in the application of the new rural solar energy heating system in Beijing area, this paper studies and analyzes the system from three aspects: theoretical research, simulation analysis and experimental test, in order to design and construct the system in Beijing area.Operation and maintenance management provides scientific and reasonable guidance.In the aspect of theoretical simulation, the working principle of solar heating system and the principle of building heat balance and SLR method commonly used in building heating design are analyzed in detail in this paper, using optics, geometry, thermodynamics,The theoretical analysis of solar collector and hot water storage tank is carried out with the knowledge of heat transfer, and the whole year operation process of a new rural solar heating project in Beijing is analyzed and studied by using the dynamic simulation software of solar energy utilization-Polysun.The optimum inclination angle and azimuth angle of the collector in Beijing area, the matching problem between the collector area and the volume of the water tank, the factors affecting the area of the collector, the relationship between the volume of the hot water storage tank and the heat collection efficiency, the heat storage efficiency, and the solar energy guarantee rate are discussed.The effect of water tank volume ratio (the ratio of water tank volume to collector area) on tank volume is analyzed and summarized.In terms of experimental test, this paper analyzes the results of indoor and outdoor temperature measurements under different weather conditions and system conditions, compares and analyzes the annual heat supply of solar collectors and auxiliary heat sources before and after adjusting the parameters of the components of the heating system.The heat consumption at the end of the system, the heat loss of the hot water storage tank and the change of the annual solar energy guarantee rate.
