高層住宅門式模板支架受力性能研究與工程應(yīng)用

【摘要】:近年來,隨著我國城市化建設(shè)的高速發(fā)展,高層住宅通過“豎向”增長已經(jīng)成為解決人口與土地矛盾的重要手段。高層住宅的興起與普及,使現(xiàn)澆混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)日漸增多,模板工程也得到了越來越廣泛的重視。 門式模板支架的工程應(yīng)用在過去幾年中已有較大發(fā)展,各科研院校對門式模板支架穩(wěn)定承載力均展開相關(guān)研究。但工程上模板支架倒塌事故一直居高不下,安全問題一直成為各界關(guān)注的焦點。建筑市場上各種型號的門架魚目混雜,往往缺乏科學(xué)的研究和論證,給施工企業(yè)在使用和管理上帶來一定困難。 結(jié)合高層住宅結(jié)構(gòu)特點,創(chuàng)新研發(fā)一種新型門架MF1225,具有承載能力高、施工速度快、經(jīng)濟(jì)效益好等特點,特別在高層住宅標(biāo)準(zhǔn)層模板支設(shè)時,在保證施工安全的前提下,提高工效、縮短工期,降低了工程成本。為推進(jìn)高層住宅門式模板支架的發(fā)展和應(yīng)用,有必要對其進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)科學(xué)的試驗研究和理論分析。 本文的主要研究內(nèi)容如下: (1)對高層住宅門式模板支架進(jìn)行承載力試驗研究,通過試驗現(xiàn)象、試驗結(jié)果分析結(jié)構(gòu)的穩(wěn)定承載力和破壞特征,分析水平加固桿、掃地桿等對結(jié)構(gòu)受力性能的影響,結(jié)果表明:四組門架單元體具有較高的承載力,破壞時門架均發(fā)生平面外失穩(wěn),,水平加固桿和掃地桿的設(shè)置使承載能力有所提高。 (2)利用有限元分析軟件ANSYS建立結(jié)構(gòu)模型,從理論角度對模板支架進(jìn)行承載力分析,挖掘影響承載力的關(guān)鍵因素,并與試驗結(jié)果進(jìn)行對比,發(fā)現(xiàn)分析結(jié)果與試驗結(jié)果表現(xiàn)出相同的規(guī)律,驗證了試驗結(jié)果的可靠性。 (3)根據(jù)試驗研究和有限元分析結(jié)果,對門架MF1225立桿計算長度調(diào)整系數(shù)進(jìn)行修正,提出其承載力簡化計算公式,便于施工單位使用。 (4)以結(jié)構(gòu)可靠度理論為基礎(chǔ),運用ANSYS軟件進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)可靠性分析,并將材料、尺寸、荷載等作為輸入?yún)?shù)進(jìn)行靈敏度分析,結(jié)果表明:加固桿壁厚和鋼材彈性模量對模板支架性能影響較大。 (5)對高層住宅門式模板支撐體系的設(shè)計構(gòu)造和安拆工藝進(jìn)行應(yīng)用研究,完善體系的規(guī)范化,以推進(jìn)MF1225模板支架的工程應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of urbanization in China, the "vertical" growth of high-rise housing has become an important means to solve the contradiction between population and land.With the rise and popularization of high-rise residential buildings, cast-in-place concrete structures are increasing day by day, and formwork engineering has been paid more and more attention.The engineering application of portal formwork support has been greatly developed in the past few years.However, the collapse of formwork support has been high, safety issues have been the focus of attention.In the construction market, the various types of gantry fish are mixed, and often lack of scientific research and demonstration, which brings some difficulties to the use and management of construction enterprises.According to the characteristics of high-rise residential structure, a new type of door frame MF1225 is developed, which has the characteristics of high carrying capacity, fast construction speed and good economic benefit. Especially, when the formwork is set up in the standard layer of high-rise residential building, the safety of construction is ensured.Improve the working efficiency, shorten the time limit and reduce the project cost.In order to promote the development and application of high-rise residential door formwork, it is necessary to carry out systematic and scientific experimental research and theoretical analysis.The main contents of this paper are as follows:In this paper, the bearing capacity of the portal formwork support for high-rise residential buildings is studied. Through the experimental phenomena, the stability bearing capacity and failure characteristics of the structure are analyzed, and the effects of horizontal reinforcement bar and floor sweeping bar on the mechanical performance of the structure are analyzed.The results show that the four groups of gantry elements have higher bearing capacity. The failure of the portal frame occurs out of plane instability, and the setting of horizontal reinforcement rod and floor sweeping bar can improve the bearing capacity.2) using the finite element analysis software ANSYS to establish the structural model, analyze the bearing capacity of the formwork bracket from the theoretical point of view, excavate the key factors that affect the bearing capacity, and compare with the test results.It is found that the analysis results show the same rule as the test results, and the reliability of the test results is verified.3) based on the results of test and finite element analysis, the length adjustment coefficient of MF1225 vertical bar of portal frame is modified, and a simplified formula for calculating its bearing capacity is put forward, which is convenient for the use of construction units.Based on the theory of structural reliability, the structural reliability analysis is carried out by using ANSYS software, and the sensitivity analysis is carried out with materials, dimensions and loads as input parameters.The results show that the wall thickness and elastic modulus of steel have great influence on the properties of formwork support.In order to promote the engineering application of MF1225 formwork support system, the design and construction of door formwork support system and the process of installation and removal are studied in order to perfect the standardization of the system.
