【摘要】：變制冷劑流量空調(diào)系統(tǒng)(VRV, Variable Refrigerant Volume)以其控制方便，布置靈活，節(jié)能等優(yōu)點(diǎn)越來越廣泛的應(yīng)用在各類建筑中。而對(duì)于風(fēng)冷式變制冷劑流量空調(diào)系統(tǒng)，室外機(jī)進(jìn)排風(fēng)溫度直接影響到空調(diào)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行能耗，因此確保室外機(jī)的進(jìn)排風(fēng)溫度和速度，室外機(jī)使達(dá)到高效換熱效果，才能保證空調(diào)機(jī)組高能效比運(yùn)行。所以，研究室外機(jī)運(yùn)行與其周圍環(huán)境的換熱情況并優(yōu)化空調(diào)室外機(jī)布置，對(duì)指導(dǎo)工程設(shè)計(jì)以及建筑節(jié)能有重要意義。 本文以濰坊陽光大廈為例，采用k-ε雙方程模型，針對(duì)大廈夏季室外機(jī)進(jìn)排風(fēng)溫度升高、冬季進(jìn)排風(fēng)溫度減低的問題，利用Fluent公司推出的專業(yè)軟件Airpak3.0進(jìn)行模擬研究。首先，對(duì)CFD計(jì)算原理和方法從數(shù)學(xué)理論的角度進(jìn)行全面闡述，，并通過對(duì)模擬結(jié)果和實(shí)測(cè)結(jié)果的比較，驗(yàn)證用這種模擬方法對(duì)實(shí)際工程模擬的可行性；其次，通過理論估算得機(jī)房百葉傾角和百葉開率范圍，模擬不同百葉傾角下室外機(jī)周圍環(huán)境并驗(yàn)證理論計(jì)算結(jié)果，確定了最佳改造方案；最后，從百葉傾角、百葉開口率、室外風(fēng)環(huán)境等情況下，確定影響室外機(jī)進(jìn)排風(fēng)溫度升高的主要因素，并根據(jù)實(shí)際工程總結(jié)出多聯(lián)機(jī)機(jī)房的設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Variable refrigerant flow air conditioning system, Variable Refrigerant volume, has been widely used in various buildings with its advantages of convenient control, flexible layout and energy saving.For the air-cooled variable refrigerant flow air conditioning system, the inlet and exhaust air temperature of the outdoor unit directly affects the energy consumption of the air conditioning system, so as to ensure the inlet and outlet air temperature and speed of the outdoor unit, the outdoor unit can achieve high efficiency heat transfer effect.In order to ensure the operation of high energy efficiency ratio of air conditioning unit.Therefore, it is of great significance to study the heat transfer of outdoor unit and its surrounding environment and optimize the layout of outdoor air conditioning unit for guiding engineering design and building energy conservation.In this paper, taking Weifang Sunshine Building as an example, using k- 蔚 two-equation model, aiming at the problem of the increase of inlet and outlet air temperature of outdoor unit in summer and the decrease of inlet and outlet air temperature in winter, a simulation study is carried out by using Airpak3.0, a professional software developed by Fluent Company.Firstly, the principle and method of CFD calculation are expounded from the point of view of mathematical theory, and the feasibility of using this simulation method to simulate the actual engineering is verified by comparing the simulation results with the measured results.Based on the theoretical estimation of the range of louver inclination and shutter opening rate in the machine room, the surrounding environment of the outdoor unit under different shutter inclination angles is simulated and the theoretical calculation results are verified, and the best reconstruction scheme is determined. Finally, from the angle of the louver inclination, the opening rate of the shutter,In the case of outdoor wind environment, the main factors influencing the rising of outdoor air temperature are determined, and the design points of multi-on-line machine room are summarized according to the actual project.
