赤泥輕質(zhì)保溫材料的制備與試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:以赤泥、粉煤灰、石英砂等為主要原材料,經(jīng)摻加物理泡沫、澆注、煅燒等工藝制備了赤泥輕質(zhì)保溫材料,研究了煅燒溫度及升溫速率對(duì)其性能的影響;利用掃描電子顯微鏡觀察其微觀形貌,并探討其燒結(jié)機(jī)理.結(jié)果表明:在最佳煅燒溫度1 150℃,最佳升溫速率6℃/min條件下制備的赤泥輕質(zhì)保溫材料,其堆積密度為527kg/m3,收縮率為5.7%,抗壓強(qiáng)度和抗折強(qiáng)度分別為3.4MPa和2.2MPa,導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)為0.105W/(m·K),孔隙率(體積分?jǐn)?shù))為33.61%.
[Abstract]:Using red mud, fly ash and quartz sand as main raw materials, red mud light heat preservation materials were prepared by adding physical foam, pouring and calcination. The effects of calcination temperature and heating rate on the properties of red mud were studied.Scanning electron microscope (SEM) was used to observe the microstructure and the mechanism of sintering was discussed.The results showed that the red mud light heat preservation material was prepared at the optimum calcination temperature of 1 150 鈩,
