鋼管活性粉末混凝土長柱軸壓性能試驗研究

【摘要】:通過14根鋼管活性粉末混凝土(鋼管RPC)長柱試件的軸壓試驗,研究鋼管RPC柱的長細比及大長細比下套箍系數(shù)對鋼管RPC柱軸壓性能的影響。結果表明:試件的破壞基本屬彈性失穩(wěn)破壞類型,其中長細比較小的試件除彎曲失穩(wěn)破壞外還伴隨著局部受壓鼓曲破壞,長細比越小,試件的延性破壞特點越明顯,隨著長細比的增加,試件也由彈性破壞逐漸轉向失穩(wěn)破壞;試驗得到的鋼管RPC長柱軸壓荷載—應變曲線主要分為彈性階段、彈塑性階段和卸載階段;在相同套箍系數(shù)下,隨著長細比的增加,鋼管RPC長柱的極限承載力和極限位移均逐漸降低;在大長細比下試件的套箍系數(shù)越大,其極限承載力也越大,但增加的幅度逐漸變小,鋼管對RPC的約束能力不如普通混凝土。
[Abstract]:Based on the axial compression tests of 14 specimens of steel tube reactive powder concrete (RPCL) columns, the effects of the aspect ratio of steel tube RPC columns and the hoop coefficient under the large aspect ratio on the axial compression properties of RPC steel tube columns are studied.The results show that the failure of specimen belongs to the type of elastic instability, and the failure of the specimen with smaller length and smaller length is accompanied by local buckling failure under local compression. The smaller the aspect ratio, the more obvious the ductility of the specimen is.With the increase of slenderness ratio, the specimen gradually changed from elastic failure to instability failure. The axial load-strain curves of steel tube RPC columns were mainly divided into elastic stage, elastic-plastic stage and unloading stage, and under the same hoop coefficient, the axial load-strain curves of RPC columns were divided into three stages: elastic stage, elastic-plastic stage and unloading stage.With the increase of slenderness ratio, the ultimate bearing capacity and ultimate displacement of steel tube RPC columns decrease gradually, and the larger the hoop coefficient is, the larger the ultimate bearing capacity is, but the smaller the increasing range is.The restraint ability of steel pipe to RPC is not as good as that of ordinary concrete.
