【摘要】：自改革開放以來的三十多年是我國經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)發(fā)展較快的時(shí)期,時(shí)代賦予了中國城市難得的發(fā)展機(jī)遇,城市化進(jìn)程大大加快,主要體現(xiàn)在城市數(shù)量上的增加、城市規(guī)模上的擴(kuò)張以及城市結(jié)構(gòu)上的變化。然而,在為城市高速發(fā)展歡欣鼓舞之余,我們卻往往在不知不覺中步入了急功近利、好大喜功的誤區(qū)。正是由于城市的規(guī)劃建設(shè)并沒有完全遵循城市發(fā)展的內(nèi)在機(jī)制與規(guī)律,導(dǎo)致城市內(nèi)涵的日益缺失,其外在表現(xiàn)就是城市特色消逝、千城一面。在這樣的背景下,針對(duì)城市風(fēng)貌特色的規(guī)劃研究勢在必行。 論文總體分為兩大部分,第一部分為理論建構(gòu)部分。首先分析國內(nèi)外對(duì)風(fēng)貌規(guī)劃的相關(guān)研究與實(shí)踐,提出論文的研究問題與對(duì)象,探討城市風(fēng)貌規(guī)劃等相關(guān)概念的內(nèi)涵界定,提出城市風(fēng)貌規(guī)劃的角色定位。其次對(duì)我國城市風(fēng)貌規(guī)劃的編制方法進(jìn)行探索,提出分層次的引導(dǎo)控制體系,通過該體系相應(yīng)確定總體定位、空間格局架構(gòu)、各類風(fēng)貌要素引導(dǎo)以及各個(gè)區(qū)塊內(nèi)的具體控制與落實(shí)。 論文的第二部分為實(shí)證研究部分。選取山水風(fēng)貌突出,歷史底蘊(yùn)深厚的浙江嵊州為實(shí)證研究對(duì)象。首先通過對(duì)嵊州城市的風(fēng)貌現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行解讀,對(duì)其風(fēng)貌特色進(jìn)行評(píng)析并發(fā)現(xiàn)存在的主要問題。其次以上述分層次引導(dǎo)控制方法為依托,對(duì)嵊州城市風(fēng)貌從宏觀層面、中觀層面和微觀層面提出相對(duì)應(yīng)的引導(dǎo)控制策略。最后,論文對(duì)全文進(jìn)行了簡要的回顧與總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:More than 30 years since the reform and opening up, China's economy and society have developed rapidly. The times have given Chinese cities a rare opportunity for development, and the process of urbanization has been greatly accelerated, mainly reflected in the increase in the number of cities.The expansion of the scale of the city and the changes in the structure of the city.However, while exhilarating for the rapid development of the city, we often step into the mistakes of quick success and instant benefit.It is precisely because the urban planning and construction has not completely followed the inherent mechanism and law of urban development that the connotation of the city is increasingly lacking, and its external manifestation is the disappearance of the urban characteristics and the disappearance of a thousand cities.In this context, the planning of urban features is imperative.The thesis is divided into two parts, the first part is the theoretical construction part.First of all, it analyzes the related research and practice of the style and feature planning at home and abroad, puts forward the research questions and objects of the paper, discusses the connotation definition of the related concepts such as the urban style planning, and puts forward the role orientation of the urban style and feature planning.Secondly, it explores the compiling method of urban landscape planning in China, and puts forward a hierarchical guidance and control system, through which the overall positioning and spatial pattern structure are determined accordingly.All kinds of landscape elements guide and the specific control and implementation of each block.The second part of the thesis consists of empirical research.Zhejiang Shengzhou, with outstanding landscape and deep history, is chosen as the empirical research object.First of all, through the analysis of the present situation of Shengzhou city, the characteristics of its style and features are analyzed and the main problems are found.Secondly, based on the above hierarchical guidance control method, this paper puts forward the corresponding guidance control strategies from the macro, meso and micro levels to the urban style and features of Shengzhou.At last, the thesis reviews and summarizes the whole paper briefly.
