【摘要】：在機(jī)動(dòng)車(chē)主宰的社會(huì)中，人們?cè)谙硎墁F(xiàn)代化快捷的同時(shí)，也忍受著一系列的社會(huì)問(wèn)題：環(huán)境污染、交通擁擠、社會(huì)公平缺失等。慢行系統(tǒng)的因?yàn)榫哂协h(huán)境宜人、低碳環(huán)保、優(yōu)化城市交通模式等優(yōu)勢(shì)，應(yīng)受到社會(huì)更多的重視。景觀視角下城市慢行廊道構(gòu)建，旨在營(yíng)造一個(gè)“慢生活”的環(huán)境氛圍，把慢行廊道打造成為向市民提供便捷通勤、體驗(yàn)自然人文、享受休閑生活的綜合空間網(wǎng)絡(luò)。 通過(guò)基礎(chǔ)研究，界定了慢行廊道的相關(guān)概念，回顧了國(guó)內(nèi)外的慢行系統(tǒng)理論及實(shí)踐，總結(jié)慢行活動(dòng)的特點(diǎn)，并對(duì)廊道的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了梳理。 對(duì)城市慢行廊道進(jìn)行解構(gòu)，，在景觀的視角下，利用多學(xué)科知識(shí)，總結(jié)歸納出構(gòu)建的影響因素、構(gòu)成要素和功能類(lèi)型，從宏觀上把握其與城市各個(gè)層面的聯(lián)系。 對(duì)慢行廊道的構(gòu)建進(jìn)行深入研究，提出構(gòu)建的基本原則。把慢行廊道體系對(duì)城市景觀、交通的整合性置于一個(gè)前瞻性的戰(zhàn)略高度，依據(jù)對(duì)影響因素的分析，結(jié)合功能構(gòu)成特點(diǎn)，構(gòu)建出城市慢行廊道系統(tǒng)，并對(duì)三類(lèi)廊道：枝干慢行廊道、骨干慢行廊道、特色慢行廊道的路徑規(guī)劃與景觀策略進(jìn)行探討。 在設(shè)計(jì)層面，提出慢行道、中轉(zhuǎn)節(jié)點(diǎn)、過(guò)街設(shè)施的設(shè)計(jì)方法。 以宿遷市慢行廊道構(gòu)建為例，對(duì)其慢行廊道構(gòu)建提出了構(gòu)想，并對(duì)實(shí)施策略給出了相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:In a society dominated by motor vehicles, people enjoy modernization and speed, but also suffer from a series of social problems: environmental pollution, traffic congestion, lack of social justice and so on.The slow-moving system should be paid more attention to by society because it has the advantages of pleasant environment, low carbon environmental protection, optimizing urban transportation mode and so on.From the view of landscape, the construction of urban slow walk corridor aims at creating an environment atmosphere of "slow life", making slow corridor into a comprehensive space network to provide convenient commuting, experience nature and humanities, and enjoy leisure life to citizens.Through basic research, this paper defines the concept of slow-moving corridor, reviews the theory and practice of slow-moving system at home and abroad, summarizes the characteristics of slow-moving activities, and combs the relevant theories of corridor.In the view of landscape, the author summarizes the influencing factors, elements and functional types of urban slow corridor, and from the view of landscape, it makes use of multi-disciplinary knowledge to grasp the relationship between urban corridor and various levels of the city from a macro perspective.This paper studies the construction of slow corridor and puts forward the basic principles of construction.Put the integration of slow corridor system to the urban landscape and traffic in a forward-looking strategic height, according to the analysis of the influence factors, combined with the functional characteristics, build the slow corridor system of the city.The path planning and landscape strategy of three kinds of corridors: branch slow corridor, backbone slow corridor and characteristic slow corridor are discussed.At the level of design, the design method of slow lane, transfer node and cross-street facilities is put forward.Taking the construction of slow corridor in Suqian city as an example, this paper puts forward the conception of the construction of slow corridor, and puts forward some relevant suggestions on the implementation strategy.
