建筑節(jié)能評估體系關鍵技術研究

【摘要】:建筑行業(yè)能耗已接近世界能源消耗總量的40%,建筑節(jié)能已成為各個國家節(jié)能減排工作的中心。我國于2010年強制要求新建項目必須滿足節(jié)能要求,頒布了《固定資產投資項目節(jié)能評估和審查暫行辦法》,待建項目必須實事求是撰寫節(jié)能評估報告送審,經審核考察通過之后項目才可以開工建設。 雖然《固定資產投資項目節(jié)能評估和審查暫行辦法》對建筑節(jié)能評估報告進行了規(guī)定和要求,但是大多建筑節(jié)能評估報告并沒有很好地體現(xiàn)建筑的節(jié)能性設計和要求,沒有切實有效的能耗計算方法,對于節(jié)能與否的判斷也僅局限于節(jié)能技術的枚舉、堆砌。除去企業(yè)自身的原因,這種現(xiàn)象也與國家的法律規(guī)范過于宏觀,沒有一個較為具體、行之有效的評估指導意見方法有很大關系。 本文通過對建筑節(jié)能體系的全面研究,提出了一種建筑節(jié)能評估方式以供業(yè)界探究,并輔以實際工程案例來闡述這種評估方式的易操作性與準確性。該評估方式按設計方案評估、建筑能耗計算、建筑節(jié)能措施合理性分析以及運營能效評價四個步驟依次進行。設計方案評估在對標法的基礎上,結合項目周邊資源環(huán)境、項目功能定位對各個耗能系統(tǒng)(暖通、給排水、建筑電氣)的設計形式進行評價;在能耗計算過程中,,利用建筑能耗模擬軟件及因數(shù)法代替指標法,使建筑能耗計算過程能夠逐時模擬實際運營情況,計算結果更加貼近實際能耗數(shù)值;在節(jié)能措施評估環(huán)節(jié)中,對不同建筑節(jié)能技術的使用環(huán)境進行剖析,介紹評價建筑節(jié)能技術合理應用的方式和方法。最后,本文提出項目需要進行建筑運營階段的能效評價,重在檢驗理論評估的準確性,為后期建筑節(jié)能診斷提供可參考的數(shù)據資料。 有效落實節(jié)能評估,從宏觀角度而言能夠嚴格控制我國新建建筑能耗,提高建筑能源的利用效率;從用戶本身而言能夠最大程度地降低建筑運營成本,減少建筑運營能耗費用。建筑節(jié)能評估在我國建筑行業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的道路上具有十分重要的意義,不斷深化研究節(jié)能評估關鍵技術能夠促進建筑更多地從節(jié)能角度進行規(guī)劃、設計、施工、運營,對建筑節(jié)能事業(yè)的發(fā)展有極大的幫助。
[Abstract]:The energy consumption of the construction industry is close to 40% of the total energy consumption in the world. Building energy saving has become the center of energy saving and emission reduction in various countries.In 2010, China forced new projects to meet the requirements of energy conservation, promulgated the "interim measures for Energy Saving Evaluation and Review of fixed assets Investment projects", and the pending projects must write energy conservation assessment reports to be submitted to the public for review.After examination and inspection passed, the project can start construction.Although the interim measures for Energy Saving Assessment and Review of fixed assets Investment projects stipulates and requires the building energy conservation assessment report, most of the building energy efficiency assessment reports do not well reflect the energy-saving design and requirements of the building.There is no effective calculation method of energy consumption, and the judgment of energy saving is limited to enumeration and stacking of energy saving technology.Apart from the reasons of the enterprise itself, this phenomenon is also related to the national legal norms too macro, there is no more specific, effective evaluation guidance method has a very large relationship.Based on the comprehensive study of building energy conservation system, this paper puts forward a kind of building energy conservation evaluation method for the industry to explore, and with practical engineering cases to explain the ease of operation and accuracy of this evaluation method.The evaluation method is followed by four steps: design scheme evaluation, building energy consumption calculation, rationality analysis of building energy conservation measures and operational energy efficiency evaluation.The evaluation of design scheme is based on the standard method, combined with the surrounding resources and environment of the project, the function orientation of the project evaluates the design forms of each energy dissipation system (HVAC, water supply and sewerage, building electricity), and in the process of energy consumption calculation,The building energy consumption simulation software and factor method are used instead of the index method to make the calculation process of building energy consumption can simulate the actual operation time by hour, and the calculation results are closer to the actual energy consumption value.This paper analyzes the application environment of different building energy saving technology, and introduces the ways and methods to evaluate the rational application of building energy saving technology.Finally, this paper puts forward that the project needs to carry on the energy efficiency evaluation in the construction operation stage, focusing on checking the accuracy of the theoretical evaluation, and providing the reference data for the later building energy saving diagnosis.The effective implementation of energy conservation evaluation can strictly control the energy consumption of new buildings and improve the efficiency of building energy use from the macro perspective; from the user itself can reduce the cost of building operation to the greatest extent and reduce the cost of building operation energy consumption.The evaluation of building energy conservation is of great significance on the road of sustainable development of the construction industry in our country. The research on the key technology of energy conservation assessment can promote the building to plan, design, construct and operate more from the perspective of energy saving.It is of great help to the development of building energy conservation.
