高強(qiáng)度建筑鋼筋HRB500的動力本構(gòu)模型

【摘要】:對高強(qiáng)度建筑鋼筋HRB500在應(yīng)變率(ε·)為4.9~59.0s-1下的力學(xué)行為進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)研究,并以鋼筋力學(xué)性能特征值和Johnson-Cook模型(J-C模型)為基礎(chǔ)分別建立了兩類HRB500鋼筋動力本構(gòu)模型.結(jié)果表明:HRB500鋼筋的力學(xué)性能呈應(yīng)變率相關(guān)性.隨著應(yīng)變率的增大,鋼筋的屈服強(qiáng)度、極限強(qiáng)度以及極限強(qiáng)度對應(yīng)的應(yīng)變提高;在相同應(yīng)變率條件下,鋼筋屈服強(qiáng)度動力提高系數(shù)大于極限強(qiáng)度動力提高系數(shù).相比較低強(qiáng)度的HPB235,HRB335以及HRB400鋼筋,HRB500鋼筋的應(yīng)變率敏感性稍弱.建議以鋼筋力學(xué)性能特征值為基礎(chǔ)建立的動力本構(gòu)模型可用于描述3.0×10-4s-1≤ε·≤50.0s-1時HRB500鋼筋的力學(xué)行為,而以J-C模型為基礎(chǔ)建立的動力本構(gòu)模型僅用于描述1.0s-1≤ε·≤50.0s-1時HRB500鋼筋的力學(xué)行為.
[Abstract]:The mechanical behavior of high strength building steel bar (HRB500) under strain rate (蔚) as 4.9~59.0s-1 is studied experimentally, and two kinds of dynamic constitutive models of HRB500 steel bar are established based on the characteristic value of mechanical properties of steel bar and the Johnson-Cook model (J-C model).The results show that the mechanical properties of the W HRB500 steel bar show a strain rate correlation.With the increase of strain rate, the yield strength, ultimate strength and strain corresponding to ultimate strength of steel bar increase, and under the same strain rate, the coefficient of dynamic improvement of yield strength of steel bar is greater than the coefficient of dynamic improvement of ultimate strength.The strain rate sensitivity of HPB235 HRB335 and HRB400 reinforced HRB500 is weaker than that of HPB235 and HRB500 with low strength.It is suggested that the dynamic constitutive model based on the eigenvalue of mechanical properties of steel bar can be used to describe the mechanical behavior of HRB500 steel bar when 3.0 脳 10-4s-1 鈮,
