【摘要】：快速工業(yè)化、城市化下長沙市社會空間資源面臨史無前例的再分配與結(jié)構(gòu)重組,城市社會空間分異現(xiàn)象已經(jīng)逐步顯現(xiàn),城市的社會格局日益分化,并有進一步加劇的趨勢。為了實現(xiàn)城市社會空間的有序發(fā)展,避免或減少社會沖突,構(gòu)建以人為本的和諧社會,迫切需要加強轉(zhuǎn)型時期長沙市的城市社會空間結(jié)構(gòu)研究。本文在長沙市居住空間分析的基礎(chǔ)上,選取大學(xué)城、城中村、新移民社區(qū)以及單位大院四種分別偏向物質(zhì)、經(jīng)濟、行為、制度維度的典型社會空間,從微觀層面進行長沙市典型社會空間的分析。然后利用2010年第六次人口普查數(shù)據(jù)和調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)建立長沙市社會空間數(shù)據(jù)庫,采用GIS空間分析法,從宏觀層面對長沙市社會空間特征進行了研究。最后,在分析長沙市社會空間形成的自然與歷史因素的基礎(chǔ)上,從個人、開發(fā)商以及政府不同的視角探討長沙市社會空間結(jié)構(gòu)的影響因素。研究結(jié)果表明： (1)隨著城市空間的快速擴展和內(nèi)部重組,長沙市居住空間分異出現(xiàn),并在居住空間的基礎(chǔ)上形成了不同的社會區(qū)類型,偏向不同維度的社會空間存在著明顯的分異。偏向于物質(zhì)維度的大學(xué)城存在物質(zhì)形態(tài)上明顯隔離,行為空間上彼此滲透,經(jīng)濟空間上非正規(guī)化,管理模式分化等特征；偏向于經(jīng)濟維度的城中村主要分布于長沙西南部和南部,存在人口構(gòu)成倒掛、社區(qū)異質(zhì)化,農(nóng)業(yè)消減、租賃經(jīng)濟發(fā)達,管理體制地方化和非正式化的特征；偏向于行為維度的新移民社會空間是一種以血緣、地緣和業(yè)緣為基礎(chǔ)的社會空間,外來移民在交往上存在自我隔離特征；偏向于制度維度的單位大院在長沙市分布廣泛,在特定區(qū)域主導(dǎo)者社會空間,在市場經(jīng)濟下逐漸解體。 (2)2010年長沙市內(nèi)五區(qū)城市社會空間結(jié)構(gòu)是在整體的同心圓結(jié)構(gòu)基礎(chǔ)上呈現(xiàn)出與扇形、多核心相結(jié)合的社會空間結(jié)構(gòu)模式。通過分析將長沙市劃分為CBD人口混居區(qū)、傳統(tǒng)街道和老城棚戶區(qū)、一般職工分布的外圍混合區(qū)、人口導(dǎo)入而新建的住宅區(qū)、城鄉(xiāng)人口混居區(qū)、農(nóng)業(yè)人口散居區(qū)、政府人員和高收入群體聚集區(qū)、外來人口聚居區(qū)、高學(xué)歷人口聚集區(qū)、少數(shù)民則聚居區(qū)10類社會空間。 (3)長沙市社會空間結(jié)構(gòu)形成的影響因素有： ①自然與歷史繼承影響著城市空間擴展以及人口和產(chǎn)業(yè)的擴散是社會空間結(jié)構(gòu)形成的基礎(chǔ)。②個人擇居選擇,包括文化心理、交往需要、生活方式、交往需要,是社會空間結(jié)構(gòu)形成的內(nèi)生因素,促使社區(qū)內(nèi)同質(zhì)化。③個人經(jīng)濟能力,包括職業(yè)構(gòu)成、年齡、教育情況、家庭背景,決定了居民對住宅的購買能力,對空間選擇具有決定性作用。④開發(fā)商市場定位,包括消費市場細分和產(chǎn)品區(qū)位定位,是主導(dǎo)城市空間的各種力量的媒介。⑤政策與制度調(diào)控,包括土地使用制度、住宅制度、戶籍制度、城市規(guī)劃等,是城市社會空間結(jié)構(gòu)形成和推動城市社會空間結(jié)構(gòu)變化的外生因素。
[Abstract]:In order to realize the orderly development of urban social space, to avoid or reduce the social conflicts and to build a harmonious society based on people, it is urgent to strengthen the study on the urban social spatial structure of Changsha during the transition period.From the micro level of Changsha typical social space analysis.Then the social spatial database of Changsha is established by using the data of the sixth census in 2010 and the GIS spatial analysis method is used to study the social spatial characteristics of Changsha from the macro level.Finally, on the basis of analyzing the natural and historical factors of the formation of the social space in Changsha, this paper probes into the influencing factors of the social spatial structure of Changsha from the different perspectives of individuals, developers and the government.The results show that:1) with the rapid expansion and internal reorganization of urban space, the residential space differentiation in Changsha appears, and on the basis of residential space, different social areas are formed, and there are obvious differences in social space in different dimensions.The university city which is inclined to the material dimension has the characteristics of obvious separation of material form, infiltration of behavior space, non-formalization of economic space, differentiation of management mode, and so on.The villages in the city are mainly distributed in the southwest and south of Changsha with the characteristics of population structure inversion, community heterogeneity, reduction of agriculture, development of leasing economy, localization and informalization of management system.The social space of new immigrants, which inclines to behavior dimension, is a kind of social space based on consanguinity, geography and occupation. The immigrants have the characteristics of self-isolation in communication, and the unit courtyard which is inclined to the institutional dimension is widely distributed in Changsha.In the specific region dominant social space, in the market economy gradually disintegrated.In 2010, the social spatial structure of the five districts of Changsha city is based on the concentric circle structure of the whole city.3) the factors influencing the formation of social spatial structure in Changsha are:Is the social spatial structure of the formation of endogenous factors, promoting the community homogenization of personal economic ability, including occupational composition, age, education, family background, determines the ability of residents to buy housing,The market positioning of developers, including consumer market segmentation and product location positioning, is the medium .5 policy and institutional regulation of various forces leading urban space, including land use system, housing system, and so on.Household registration system and urban planning are the exogenous factors to form and promote the change of urban social spatial structure.
