西方綠道規(guī)劃思潮與方法研究

【摘要】:19世紀工業(yè)革命與城市化浪潮帶來城市生態(tài)環(huán)境惡化,工業(yè)利用各種手段獲取自然資源,城市擴張割裂了生態(tài)環(huán)境用地,景觀破碎化程度加劇,生活環(huán)境、居住條件遭到破壞。為解決這些問題,19世紀末到20世紀初西方國家開始出現(xiàn)具有單一景觀功能的景觀軸線、林陰道等線狀綠地,隨后公園系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃中的公園路(parkway),限制城市無節(jié)制擴張的綠帶,再到以生態(tài)功能為導向的環(huán)境廊道,最后發(fā)展到多功能復合的綠道。20世紀90年代綠道運動廣泛開展,為景觀破碎化背景下生態(tài)環(huán)境與人類活動問的和諧發(fā)展提供了解決策略。隨著綠道規(guī)劃的深入開展,各國規(guī)劃的思潮及研究方法開始在不同方向上分化。而我國綠道規(guī)劃理論及實踐方面與國外發(fā)達國家相比差距較大,雖然也出現(xiàn)了相關理論的綜述,但還未出現(xiàn)對國外綠道規(guī)劃思潮進行系統(tǒng)性的脈絡梳理。近年來國內綠道運動的高漲,對于國外相關理論梳理總結的研究顯得尤為迫切。本文在分析了綠道規(guī)劃產生的背景、思想淵源及相關啟蒙運動的基礎上,以時間順序把國外綠道思想及綠道規(guī)劃從開端、發(fā)展及高潮分為四個階段進行脈絡的梳理,分別為19世紀到20世紀中葉綠道規(guī)劃萌芽;二戰(zhàn)及戰(zhàn)后恢復期的綠道思想;20世紀六七十年代社會革命時期綠道規(guī)劃;80年代全球化和多元化下的綠道規(guī)劃。對每個階段國外綠道思想及規(guī)劃的現(xiàn)狀、特征、方法、進展等進行了概括性論述,最后對國外綠道規(guī)劃從理論、技術和社會文化維度進行總結,比照我國當前綠道規(guī)劃理論及實踐中的不足,提出今后改進的方向。本文通過對綠道規(guī)劃產生的時代背景、歷史脈絡的梳理,彌補綠道規(guī)劃思潮研究的空白。對于規(guī)劃技術方法的總結指出我國在綠道規(guī)劃技術方法方面的不足,提供改進的經驗。同時通過社會文化價值層面的概括,折射出從更高的社會價值層面轉變綠道規(guī)劃建設的思路與觀念的途徑,從規(guī)劃技術為主轉變?yōu)榧骖櫼?guī)劃運營管理、政策協(xié)調、公共支持與規(guī)劃者自身定位,這些研究對我國城市和更大尺度區(qū)域包含自然、歷史文化和娛樂功能的綜合綠道網絡規(guī)劃方面具有指導借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:In the 19th century, the industrial revolution and the tide of urbanization brought about the deterioration of the urban ecological environment. The industrial use of various means to obtain natural resources, the expansion of cities cut off the ecological environment land, the degree of landscape fragmentation intensified, living environment, In order to solve these problems, from the end of the 19th century to the beginning of the 20th century, the western countries began to have a single landscape function of the landscape axis, forest and vagina and other linear green space, Then the park road in the park system planning restricted the urban sprawl green belt, then to the ecological function oriented environment corridor, and finally developed to the multi-function compound green road. In the 1990s, the green road movement was carried out extensively. It provides a solution strategy for the harmonious development of ecological environment and human activities under the background of landscape fragmentation. The trend of thought and research methods of planning in various countries began to divide in different directions. However, compared with the developed countries in China, the theory and practice of green road planning in China are far from that of the developed countries, although there has also been a summary of the relevant theories. However, there has not been a systematic analysis of the trend of thought of green road planning in foreign countries. In recent years, with the upsurge of green road movement in China, the research on the summary of relevant theories abroad is particularly urgent. This paper analyzes the background of green road planning. On the basis of thought origin and related enlightenment movement, the foreign green road thought and the green road plan are sorted out from the beginning, the development and the climax into four stages, respectively, from the 19th century to the middle of the 20th century. Green Road Planning during the Social Revolution in the 1960s and 1970s; Green Road Planning under Globalization and diversification in the 1980s; the present situation, characteristics, and methods of Green Road thinking and Planning in Foreign countries in each stage, Finally, it summarizes the theory, technology and social and cultural dimensions of green road planning in foreign countries, and compares the deficiencies in the theory and practice of green road planning in our country. Put forward the direction of improvement in the future. This paper combs the historical context and the background of the green road planning. To make up for the gap in the research of green road planning. The summary of planning technology and methods points out the shortcomings of our country in green road planning technology and methods, and provides the experience of improvement. At the same time, through the summary of social and cultural value level, It reflects the way to change the ideas and ideas of green road planning and construction from the higher social value level, from planning technology to giving consideration to planning and operation management, policy coordination, public support and planners' own positioning. These studies are of guiding significance to the planning of comprehensive green road network with natural, historical, cultural and recreational functions in cities and larger areas of our country.
