我國建筑業(yè)海外派遣勞務人員情緒管理研究

【摘要】:近年來,在國際形勢和國家政策的影響下,越來越多的中國企業(yè)選擇以跨國公司或海外并購的方式走向國際市場。而跨國企業(yè)在海外市場的表現(xiàn)很大程度上取決于員工海外派遣的成敗。針對這一事實,許多中外學者都展開了相關研究,但通過文獻梳理發(fā)現(xiàn),已有的關于海外派遣員工的研究大多集中在個人層面、跨文化環(huán)境、海外派遣工作壓力、薪酬體系等幾個方面,很少有對情緒管理進行深入系統(tǒng)的研究。 本文希望通過對我國建筑業(yè)海外派遣勞務人員情緒波動產(chǎn)生的原因進行分析,找出情緒控制的思路與解決辦法,從而提高員工工作效率與工作氛圍的和諧程度。本文在對情緒管理基本理論問題進行分析的基礎上,運用規(guī)范分析法分析我國海外派遣員工情緒管理的現(xiàn)狀,運用案例分析揭示海外派遣員工情緒管理中存在的問題及其成因。 筆者在對國內(nèi)外相關研究文獻進行梳理的基礎上,借鑒相關的研究成果,結合建筑業(yè)海外派遣勞務人員壓力與情緒管理調(diào)研結果,探討并分析了我國建筑業(yè)海外派遣勞務人員情緒影響因素,分別從勞務人員自身、勞務派遣單位和使用單位以及政府社會等角度,提出了關于海外派遣員工情緒管理的對策建議。 本文共分六章,第一章是引言部分,主要介紹了研究的背景、研究的目的和意義、研究的思路和方法以及可能的創(chuàng)新點。第二章主要是相關理論概述,主要界定情緒管理和情緒調(diào)節(jié)的基本概念,以及情緒表達的相關理論。第三章主要海外勞務派遣的產(chǎn)生和發(fā)展,包括國外和國內(nèi)兩部分。第四章是我國建筑業(yè)海外派遣勞務人員情緒影響因素分析,討論了我國建筑業(yè)海外派遣勞務人員情緒影響關鍵構成因素,進行了宏觀層面分析、微觀層面分析。第五章主要談加強我國海外派遣勞務人員情緒管理的對策建議。第六章是結論與展望,總結了本文的研究成果和本文研究存在的某些局限和不足,并對下一步研究進行展望。
[Abstract]:In recent years, under the influence of the international situation and national policies, More and more Chinese companies choose to move to the international market through multinational corporations or overseas mergers and acquisitions. The performance of multinationals in overseas markets depends to a large extent on the success or failure of overseas employees. Many Chinese and foreign scholars have carried out relevant studies, but through literature review, we find that most of the existing researches on expatriate staff are focused on personal level, cross-cultural environment, overseas dispatch work pressure, salary system, and so on. There are few in-depth and systematic studies on emotional management. This paper hopes to find out the thought and solution of emotion control by analyzing the reasons of the emotion fluctuation of the labor force dispatched overseas in the construction industry of our country. Based on the analysis of the basic theoretical issues of emotional management, this paper analyzes the current situation of emotional management of overseas dispatched staff in China by using the normative analysis method. Case study is used to reveal the problems and causes of emotional management of overseas dispatch staff. On the basis of combing the relevant research literature at home and abroad and referring to the relevant research results, the author combines the research results of overseas dispatched labor force and emotional management in the construction industry. This paper probes into and analyzes the emotional influence factors of overseas dispatched labor workers in China's construction industry, respectively from the perspectives of labor service personnel themselves, labor dispatch units and users, as well as the government and society, etc. This paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on the emotional management of overseas dispatch staff. This paper is divided into six chapters, the first chapter is the introduction, mainly introduces the research background, the purpose and significance of the study, research ideas and methods and possible innovations. It mainly defines the basic concepts of emotion management and emotion regulation, as well as the related theories of emotion expression. The fourth chapter is the analysis of the emotional influence factors of the overseas dispatched labor workers in the construction industry of our country, discusses the key factors of the emotional impact of the overseas dispatched labor workers in the construction industry of our country, and carries on the macroscopic level analysis. The fifth chapter mainly discusses the countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the emotional management of overseas dispatched labor workers. Chapter VI is the conclusion and prospect, summarizes the research results of this paper and some limitations and shortcomings of this study. And the prospect of the next research.
