【摘要】：建筑業(yè)作為勞動密集型、資金密集型行業(yè)，在國民經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中占有重要地位。21世紀(jì)以來，我國國民經(jīng)濟高速發(fā)展的同時，建筑業(yè)也呈現(xiàn)出快速發(fā)展的態(tài)勢�！笆濉逼陂g，國家繼續(xù)加大房屋及基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的建設(shè)，建筑業(yè)將迎來新的大好發(fā)展時機。然而，建筑企業(yè)仍然存在資信程度不高、從業(yè)人員總體素質(zhì)偏低、缺乏品牌意識等問題，為了改善這些不利影響，必須充分利用好建筑企業(yè)現(xiàn)有資源，從戰(zhàn)略管理的高度解決建筑企業(yè)現(xiàn)有的問題。 資源基礎(chǔ)理論認(rèn)為“企業(yè)是各種資源的集合體”，企業(yè)所擁有的資源各不相同，資源的不同特性對企業(yè)的發(fā)展有一定的影響。本文研究的重點就是企業(yè)資源是如何影響戰(zhàn)略，并建立一個模型框架，通過對建筑企業(yè)資源的分析和分類，以此為依據(jù)制定企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略。 首先，在對資源基礎(chǔ)理論和戰(zhàn)略管理的相關(guān)理論進行梳理的基礎(chǔ)上，本文分析了企業(yè)資源與戰(zhàn)略的關(guān)系，并針對建筑企業(yè)的特性，分析了建筑企業(yè)資源對戰(zhàn)略的影響。 其次，本文構(gòu)建“分析資源——制定戰(zhàn)略——發(fā)展資源”的戰(zhàn)略制定的模式，從對資源的戰(zhàn)略價值進行判定入手，以此制定企業(yè)未來的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略以及資源的發(fā)展策略。 最后，本文以重慶C建筑公司為案例，在調(diào)研了解的基礎(chǔ)上，分析了C建筑公司的資源情況，并以此制定了與之相匹配的戰(zhàn)略和資源發(fā)展策略，，幫助企業(yè)解決了實際問題。
[Abstract]:The construction industry, as a labor-intensive and capital-intensive industry, has played an important role in the development of the national economy since the 21st century. At the same time, the construction industry has also shown a rapid development trend during the 12th Five-Year Plan period. The state continues to increase the construction of housing and infrastructure, and the construction industry will usher in a new and excellent opportunity for development. However, construction enterprises still have problems such as low credit level, low overall quality of employees, lack of brand awareness, and so on. In order to improve these adverse effects, it is necessary to make full use of the existing resources of construction enterprises and solve the existing problems of construction enterprises from the height of strategic management. The resource-based theory holds that "the enterprise is a collection of all kinds of resources", the resources owned by the enterprise are different, and the different characteristics of the resources have a certain influence on the development of the enterprise. A model framework is set up to analyze and classify the resources of the construction enterprises and to formulate the enterprise strategy based on the analysis and classification of the resources of the construction enterprises. First of all, on the basis of combing the resource-based theory and strategic management theory, this paper analyzes the relationship between enterprise resources and strategy, and analyzes the impact of construction enterprise resources on strategy according to the characteristics of construction enterprises. Secondly, this paper constructs a strategic formulation model of "analyzing resources-formulating strategies-developing resources", starting with judging the strategic value of resources, so as to formulate the future development strategies of enterprises and the development strategies of resources. Finally, taking Chongqing C Construction Company as an example, this paper analyzes the resource situation of C Construction Company on the basis of investigation and understanding, and formulates corresponding strategy and resource development strategy to help enterprises solve practical problems.
