【摘要】:技術(shù)創(chuàng)新給各國經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展帶來了生機與活力,推動著人類社會的進步與繁榮?梢哉f,技術(shù)創(chuàng)新是人類社會財富之源,同時也是提高企業(yè)的市場競爭力、推進企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的主要途徑。正如此,我國政府近幾年來一直強調(diào)要建設(shè)國家創(chuàng)新體系,把科技創(chuàng)新活動放在發(fā)展全局的核心位置,鼓勵企業(yè)不斷地開展技術(shù)創(chuàng)新活動。對于特定的建筑施工企業(yè),近年來其所創(chuàng)造的價值占整個國民生產(chǎn)總值的比例越來越大,已成為國民經(jīng)濟中重要組成部分。因而,建筑施工企業(yè)有必要大力開展技術(shù)創(chuàng)新活動。但是,技術(shù)創(chuàng)新活動具有高風(fēng)險性,特別對于建筑施工企業(yè),面對著工地的復(fù)雜自然環(huán)境,存在著諸多不確定的因素,施工企業(yè)需要在地下和地上,有一定深度和高度的空間內(nèi)施工活動,進行技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的風(fēng)險性也就更高。由于建筑施工企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新活動與一般企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新活動在風(fēng)險因素上有所區(qū)別,所以需要對建筑施工企業(yè)進行技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的風(fēng)險進行研究,分析、預(yù)測建筑施工企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新風(fēng)險情況,以保證其技術(shù)創(chuàng)新活動能順利地開展。 本文首先從理論上分析影響建筑施工企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的風(fēng)險因素,建立初步的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新風(fēng)險測度指標(biāo)體系,運用有效性、穩(wěn)定性分析和基于粗糙集的屬性重要度進行約簡,對建筑施工企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新風(fēng)險評價指標(biāo)體系進行優(yōu)化,建立簡捷、合理的建筑施工企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新風(fēng)險測度指標(biāo)體系。將粗糙集方法確定的客觀權(quán)重和專家方法確定的主觀權(quán)重相結(jié)合,來分析技術(shù)創(chuàng)新風(fēng)險各因素對綜合風(fēng)險的影響權(quán)重。在該權(quán)重和風(fēng)險測度指標(biāo)體系的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建可拓物元模型來預(yù)測技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的風(fēng)險等級。并對建筑施工企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新風(fēng)險的預(yù)警預(yù)控活動進行了初步研究分析。為了使得本研究方法更加地明了和實用,把理論方法和實踐應(yīng)用相結(jié)合,在技術(shù)創(chuàng)新風(fēng)險指標(biāo)體系的建立及技術(shù)創(chuàng)新風(fēng)險預(yù)測中進行了算例分析,以證明該方法的可行性和實用性。本文為建筑施工企業(yè)管理者進行風(fēng)險預(yù)測提供了一種新思路,同時將多種方法結(jié)合起來綜合分析技術(shù)創(chuàng)新風(fēng)險也有一定的理論價值。
[Abstract]:Technological innovation has brought vitality and vitality to the economic and social development of various countries and promoted the progress and prosperity of human society. It can be said that technological innovation is the source of wealth of human society, and it is also to improve the market competitiveness of enterprises. This is the main way to promote the sustainable development of enterprises. In recent years, the Chinese government has always stressed the need to build a national innovation system and put scientific and technological innovation activities at the core of the overall development situation. Encouraging enterprises to continuously carry out technological innovation activities. For specific construction enterprises, the value they have created in recent years has become an important part of the national economy as a proportion of the gross national product. It is necessary for construction enterprises to vigorously carry out technological innovation activities. However, technological innovation activities have high risk, especially for construction enterprises, facing the complex natural environment of construction site, there are many uncertain factors. Construction enterprises need to have a certain depth and height of construction activities in the underground and on the ground, The risk of technological innovation is even higher. Because of the difference in risk factors between the technological innovation activities of construction enterprises and those of general enterprises, it is necessary to study the risk of technological innovation in construction enterprises. The risk of technological innovation in construction enterprises is analyzed and forecasted to ensure its technological innovation activities can be carried out smoothly. In this paper, the risk factors affecting the technological innovation of construction enterprises are analyzed theoretically, and a preliminary index system of measuring the risk of technological innovation is established, which is reduced by using validity, stability analysis and attribute importance degree based on rough set. The risk evaluation index system of technology innovation in construction enterprises is optimized, and a simple and convenient method is established. The objective weight determined by rough set method is combined with the subjective weight determined by expert method. To analyze the influence weight of each factor of technological innovation risk on the comprehensive risk, on the basis of this weight and the index system of risk measurement, The extension matter-element model is constructed to predict the risk level of technological innovation, and preliminary research and analysis are made on the early-warning and pre-control activities of technological innovation risk in construction enterprises. In order to make the research method more clear and practical, Combining the theory and practice, the paper analyzes the risk index system of technological innovation and the prediction of the risk of technological innovation. In order to prove the feasibility and practicability of this method, this paper provides a new way for managers of construction enterprises to predict risks, and it is also of certain theoretical value to combine various methods to analyze the risks of technological innovation.
