【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和世界各國(guó)城市化的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展,城市空間發(fā)展已經(jīng)呈現(xiàn)出城市區(qū)域化、區(qū)域城市化的基本態(tài)勢(shì)。城鎮(zhèn)群已逐步發(fā)展成熟,核心城市在不斷向外擴(kuò)張中,各城鎮(zhèn)之間關(guān)聯(lián)度逐漸加大。此類現(xiàn)象在世界各地越來(lái)越多地出現(xiàn),并迅速成長(zhǎng)為區(qū)域發(fā)展和經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)極具競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的地區(qū)。在我國(guó)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制逐步完善、快速城鎮(zhèn)化的今天,城市之間空間重組、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)和進(jìn)化在不同的區(qū)域?qū)用嫔蠈⒓铀龠M(jìn)行,由此導(dǎo)致了空間的無(wú)序和失控,迫切需要探索其內(nèi)在演化動(dòng)因,并需要新的調(diào)控和管理措施。 本文是地域性的針對(duì)研究,是區(qū)域范圍的相互聯(lián)系的城鎮(zhèn)間發(fā)展路徑的選擇。.利用建立相關(guān)的模型分析大連是與空間結(jié)構(gòu)的現(xiàn)狀發(fā)展特征。并通過(guò)分析其發(fā)展的動(dòng)力機(jī)制,從經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)等不同層面探討大連是與空間結(jié)構(gòu)的發(fā)展問(wèn)題,系統(tǒng)、全面的探索有大連地域特色的空間結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)展策略。本文的核心內(nèi)容如下: 1、在大連“全市域城鎮(zhèn)化”的背景下,通過(guò)對(duì)地區(qū)定位、區(qū)位特點(diǎn)、空間形態(tài)特征、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平、資源特點(diǎn)等方面對(duì)大連城鎮(zhèn)空間結(jié)構(gòu)現(xiàn)狀特征進(jìn)行研究,現(xiàn)階段,大連全域城鎮(zhèn)空間結(jié)構(gòu)呈現(xiàn)出“一主+兩軸+三副+三節(jié)點(diǎn)”的結(jié)構(gòu)特征。在此基礎(chǔ)上分析大連市域內(nèi)各城鎮(zhèn)在發(fā)展過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題。并提出優(yōu)化意見(jiàn),即大連市域?qū)⑿纬伞耙惠S兩翼、一核多節(jié)點(diǎn)、四組團(tuán)”的城鎮(zhèn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間結(jié)構(gòu)。 2、在市域空間結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的基礎(chǔ)之上,分析大連濱海區(qū)域發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀特征,并對(duì)找到現(xiàn)狀發(fā)展存在的問(wèn)題。 3、針對(duì)大連濱海區(qū)域發(fā)展主要問(wèn)題,基于發(fā)展的角度分析大連濱海區(qū)域發(fā)展的形成動(dòng)因。 4、提出大連濱海區(qū)域總體布局設(shè)想,即未來(lái)將形成帶狀圈層結(jié)構(gòu):以中心區(qū)為核,沿渤海、黃海兩線并進(jìn),相對(duì)集中發(fā)展的緊密圈層城鎮(zhèn)組群以及以普灣為區(qū)域組團(tuán)中心的渤海翼城市組團(tuán)所在的內(nèi)圈層和以莊河為中心的黃海翼城市組團(tuán)所在的外圈層。同時(shí)提出空間結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化基本途徑及總體建設(shè)發(fā)展策略,并總結(jié)本課題有待進(jìn)一步研究的問(wèn)題。研究結(jié)果表明: (1)針對(duì)大連濱海區(qū)域的空間結(jié)構(gòu):筆者認(rèn)為應(yīng)該通過(guò)加強(qiáng)大連濱海區(qū)域圈層空間結(jié)構(gòu)的建構(gòu)、優(yōu)化大連濱海區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)空間布局,加快結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整、發(fā)展渤海翼和黃海翼兩條主次分明的雙軸線、對(duì)大連都市區(qū)各片區(qū)發(fā)展方向進(jìn)行調(diào)整這四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行調(diào)控與優(yōu)化 (2)針對(duì)大連濱海區(qū)域人口空間集聚不夠、產(chǎn)業(yè)空間整合有限、.基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施鏈接不暢、土地利用擴(kuò)張無(wú)序等問(wèn)題。本文分別提出優(yōu)化濱海區(qū)域的城鎮(zhèn)體系建設(shè)和生產(chǎn)力布局、以產(chǎn)業(yè)合理分工引導(dǎo)空間布局優(yōu)化、推進(jìn)組團(tuán)式、網(wǎng)狀化交通設(shè)施空間布局、優(yōu)化濱海區(qū)域土地利用功能分區(qū)這四點(diǎn)解決建議與對(duì)策。 通過(guò)本文的研究,以期待對(duì)今后大連濱海區(qū)域建設(shè)有現(xiàn)實(shí)的指導(dǎo)意義,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)濱海區(qū)域的發(fā)展具有借鑒價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the further development of economic globalization and urbanization around the world, urban spatial development has shown the basic situation of urban regionalization and regional urbanization. The correlation between cities and towns is gradually increasing. This kind of phenomenon appears more and more in all parts of the world and grows rapidly into a competitive region with regional development and economic growth. Today, with the gradual improvement of the market economic system and the rapid urbanization of our country, Spatial reorganization among cities, competition and evolution will be accelerated at different regional levels, which leads to disorder and out-of-control of space. Therefore, it is urgent to explore the internal evolution motivation and new control and management measures. This paper is aimed at the regional research, and is the choice of the development path between the cities and towns in the regional scope. Using the relevant models to analyze the present development characteristics of the spatial structure in Dalian, and by analyzing the dynamic mechanism of its development, This paper discusses the development of Dalian's spatial structure from different aspects of economy and society, systematically and comprehensively explores the development strategy of the spatial structure with Dalian's regional characteristics. The core contents of this paper are as follows:. 1. Under the background of "urbanization in the whole city", this paper studies the present situation of the urban spatial structure in Dalian through the following aspects: regional orientation, location characteristics, spatial morphological characteristics, economic development level, resource characteristics, etc. The urban spatial structure of Dalian presents the structural characteristics of "one main axis, two axes, three subsets and three nodes". On this basis, the problems existing in the development of each town in Dalian are analyzed, and the optimization suggestions are put forward. That is, Dalian will form a "one axis, two-wing, one core, multi-node, four groups" urban network spatial structure. 2. On the basis of the optimization of the urban spatial structure, this paper analyzes the present characteristics of the development of Dalian coastal area, and finds out the problems existing in the present development. 3. In view of the main problems of Dalian coastal region development, this paper analyzes the causes of Dalian coastal area development from the perspective of development. (4) the overall layout of Dalian Binhai area is proposed, that is, the zonal structure will be formed in the future: taking the central area as the core, going along the Bohai Sea and Huang Hai, The inner circle of Bohai wing city with Puwan as the center and the outer circle of Huang Hai wing city with Zhuanghe as the center are put forward at the same time. To optimize the basic approach and overall construction and development strategy, The results show that:. 1) in view of the spatial structure of Dalian Binhai region: the author thinks that we should optimize the industrial spatial layout of Dalian Binhai region by strengthening the construction of the spatial structure of Dalian Binhai region, and speed up the adjustment of the structure. The development of Bohai Sea wing and Huang Hai wing are two distinct two axes, and the four aspects are regulated and optimized by adjusting the development direction of each region in Dalian metropolitan area. In order to solve the problems of insufficient population agglomeration, limited industrial spatial integration, poor infrastructure links and disordered land use expansion in Dalian Binhai region, this paper proposes to optimize the urban system construction and productivity distribution in coastal area. It is suggested and countermeasures to optimize the spatial layout with the rational division of labor of industry, to promote the spatial layout of traffic facilities in the form of group and network, and to optimize the land use function partition in coastal area. Through the study of this paper, it is expected to have practical guiding significance for the future construction of Dalian coastal area, and has reference value to the development of domestic coastal region.
