【摘要】：本文基于在長(zhǎng)株潭城市群構(gòu)建“兩型社會(huì)”，建設(shè)綜合配套改革試驗(yàn)區(qū)的發(fā)展前景下，以工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)作為研究對(duì)象，探討如何在城市建設(shè)，產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)的大潮流中對(duì)歷史工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)進(jìn)行保護(hù)和再利用。 我國(guó)大部分的近現(xiàn)代工廠已經(jīng)停止生產(chǎn)，或關(guān)閉或轉(zhuǎn)型或變賣，在城市化推進(jìn)的過(guò)程中，，工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的保護(hù)和再利用的意義和價(jià)值被忽視，尤其在二線城市對(duì)工業(yè)遺存的保護(hù)沒(méi)有引起社會(huì)的廣泛關(guān)注，在政策上基本屬于空白。其次，現(xiàn)有的相關(guān)法律法規(guī)幾乎沒(méi)有涉及工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)，無(wú)法可依也是導(dǎo)致工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)迅速消失的重要原因。 湘潭是湖南最重要的工業(yè)城市之一，用有大量豐富的近現(xiàn)代工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)，具有極大的學(xué)術(shù)價(jià)值及經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值。論文研究了國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)和改造的成功案例，對(duì)工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)的基本原理和相關(guān)措施加以論證，通過(guò)廣泛的調(diào)研對(duì)湘潭的工業(yè)遺存進(jìn)行梳理，并在此基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合湘潭市特定的工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)現(xiàn)狀提出適宜的保護(hù)策略。本文第三章研究工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的保護(hù)模式和實(shí)際案例，第四章主要針對(duì)湘潭工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行歸納、總結(jié)，明確需要保護(hù)的工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)類別；第五章揭示了湘潭市工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的基本價(jià)值，為保護(hù)及再利用提供有力的理論依據(jù)；第六章在研究相關(guān)政策、法律基礎(chǔ)上提出具有可操作性的保護(hù)再生策略，為將來(lái)湘潭的城市工業(yè)改造提供參考。
[Abstract]:Based on the development prospect of Changsha Zhuzhou Xiangtan Urban Agglomeration in building the "two oriented society" and building a comprehensive reform pilot area, taking industrial heritage as the research object, this paper discusses how to protect and reuse historical industrial heritage in the trend of urban construction and industrial upgrading.
Most factories in modern China has to stop production or shut down or sell or in the process of transformation, to promote the city, industrial heritage protection and reuse of the meaning and value is ignored, especially in the second tier city protection of industrial heritage has attracted wide attention of the society, basically belongs to the blank in the policy. Secondly, the relevant existing laws and regulations involves almost no industrial heritage, no legal basis is an important reason for the industrial heritage disappear quickly.
Xiangtan is one of the most important industrial city of Hunan, with a large number of rich modern industrial heritage, has great academic value and economic value. The paper studies the successful case of industrial heritage protection and transformation at home and abroad, the basic principle of industrial heritage protection and related measures to be demonstrated, through combing Industrial remains widely research on Xiangtan industrial heritage, with the specific situation in Xiangtan city and puts forward the suitable protection strategy. The third chapter studies the industrial heritage protection mode and the actual case, the fourth chapter mainly summarizes the status quo of Xiangtan needle, industrial heritage summary, made clear the need for protection of industrial heritage categories; the fifth chapter reveals the basic value Xiangtan city industrial heritage, provide a strong theoretical basis for the protection and reuse; in the sixth chapter, research related policies, the legal basis is The maneuverable protection and regeneration strategy will provide reference for the urban industrial transformation in Xiangtan in the future.
