不同溫壓條件下泥質(zhì)粉砂巖二氧化碳突破壓的試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:CO2突破壓是CO2地質(zhì)封存蓋層密封性和安全性評(píng)價(jià)的關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)之一,蓋層CO2突破壓試驗(yàn)技術(shù)也是評(píng)價(jià)蓋層密封性的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)之一。國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者已經(jīng)對(duì)不同蓋層巖樣的CO2突破壓開(kāi)展了較為系統(tǒng)的試驗(yàn)研究,但還未對(duì)不同溫度和壓力條件下的CO2突破壓變化規(guī)律進(jìn)行研究。在調(diào)研現(xiàn)有CO2突破壓試驗(yàn)方法和設(shè)備的基礎(chǔ)上,研制了集成分步法、連續(xù)法、脈沖法和驅(qū)替法等多種突破壓測(cè)量方法的CO2突破壓試驗(yàn)裝置,具有廣泛的適用范圍。采用該試驗(yàn)裝置對(duì)四川盆地內(nèi)須家河組泥質(zhì)粉砂巖薄弱蓋層開(kāi)展了突破壓試驗(yàn)研究,研究40~70℃和10~30 MPa溫壓范圍內(nèi)超臨界CO2突破壓的變化規(guī)律。試驗(yàn)擬合結(jié)果顯示:在所研究的溫壓范圍內(nèi),CO2突破壓隨CO2壓力升高而降低;隨CO2溫度上升而上升。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果與基于表面張力的理論結(jié)果趨勢(shì)吻合較好,但存在一定的差異;兩者之間的差異可能是受CO2-水接觸角變化、砂巖孔隙結(jié)構(gòu)非均質(zhì)性以及試驗(yàn)方法的影響。
[Abstract]:CO2 breakthrough pressure is one of the key indexes to evaluate the sealing and safety of CO2 geological seal. The CO2 breakthrough pressure test technology of caprock is also one of the key techniques to evaluate the sealing property of caprock. Domestic and foreign scholars have carried out systematic experimental research on CO2 breakthrough pressure of different caprock rock samples. However, the variation of CO2 breakthrough pressure under different temperature and pressure conditions has not been studied. Based on the investigation of existing CO2 breakthrough pressure test methods and equipment, the integrated step method and continuous method are developed. The CO2 breakthrough pressure test device of many kinds of breakthrough pressure measurement methods, such as pulse method and displacement method, has a wide range of application. A breakthrough pressure test study has been carried out on the shaly silty sandstone weak caprock of Xujiahe formation in Sichuan Basin.
