基于新型工程理念的高聳構(gòu)筑物施工方案優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:摘要:在工程時(shí)代,新型工程項(xiàng)目肩負(fù)著艱巨的社會(huì)責(zé)任與歷史使命,以人為本,提倡技術(shù)創(chuàng)新,通過創(chuàng)新提高工程溝通與工作效率,從而提高工程效益,大步向高科技、大系統(tǒng)方向發(fā)展。同時(shí)最重要的是,天人合一,構(gòu)建人與自然的和諧的宗旨應(yīng)貫穿新型工程項(xiàng)目的全生命周期。可以說,新的時(shí)代,呼喚新的工程,更召喚新的工程理念。 高聳構(gòu)筑物與人們的生活息息相關(guān),由于其具有技術(shù)高難度性、質(zhì)量高難度性及安全高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)性等特點(diǎn),使得高聳構(gòu)筑物項(xiàng)目實(shí)施的成功高度依賴于施工方案的設(shè)計(jì)與優(yōu)化。然而,目前關(guān)于高聳構(gòu)筑物的施工方案的研究與實(shí)踐,多聚焦于微觀技術(shù)層面,系統(tǒng)研究高聳構(gòu)筑物施工方案優(yōu)化的文獻(xiàn)與案例相對(duì)欠缺,更無法使高聳構(gòu)筑物施工建設(shè)滿足時(shí)代對(duì)工程時(shí)代新型工程的要求。 在這樣的背景下,本文通過學(xué)習(xí)當(dāng)今先進(jìn)工程理念,并結(jié)合自身多年工程實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),總結(jié)提煉出適合指導(dǎo)工程實(shí)踐的新型工程理念,包括人本理念和高效理念。人本理念講究以人為本,天人合一,講求工程項(xiàng)目與環(huán)境和諧共處,項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)成員合作共贏等,實(shí)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目可持續(xù)發(fā)展。高效理念是指在科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的指導(dǎo)下,通過工程創(chuàng)新,提高項(xiàng)目工作與溝通效率,提高工程質(zhì)量,從而提高項(xiàng)目效益等。 基于由人本理念及高效理念構(gòu)成的新型工程理念,本文以熱電廠煙囪施工項(xiàng)目為例,針對(duì)其施工方案進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)化。從施工技術(shù)方案優(yōu)化和施工組織管理方案優(yōu)化兩個(gè)方面對(duì)煙囪項(xiàng)目施工管理優(yōu)化進(jìn)行分析,并通過某熱電廠煙囪項(xiàng)目實(shí)踐案例對(duì)本文提出的基于新型工程理念的高聳構(gòu)筑物施工方案優(yōu)化方法進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。案例分析證明,本文提出的基于新型工程理念的高聳構(gòu)筑物施工方案優(yōu)化方案能夠?yàn)轭愃祈?xiàng)目的施工提供實(shí)踐與理論指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:Absrtact: in the engineering era, new engineering projects shoulder arduous social responsibility and historical mission, people-oriented, promote technological innovation, improve engineering communication and work efficiency through innovation, thus improve engineering efficiency, and make great strides to high technology. At the same time, the purpose of building harmony between man and nature should run through the whole life cycle of new engineering projects. Towering structures are closely related to people's lives, because they have the characteristics of high technical difficulty, high quality and high risk, etc. The successful implementation of the towering structure project depends on the design and optimization of the construction scheme. However, the research and practice on the construction scheme of the high-rise structure mostly focus on the micro technical level. The systematic research on the optimization of the construction scheme of high-rise structures is relatively lacking in literature and case studies, and the construction of high-rise structures cannot meet the requirements of the times for new types of projects in the engineering era. Under this background, this paper summarizes and refines the new engineering idea which is suitable for guiding engineering practice by studying the advanced engineering idea of today and combining with its own engineering practice experience for many years. It includes humanism and high efficiency. Humanism emphasizes people oriented, harmony of nature and man, harmonious coexistence of engineering project and environment, win-win cooperation among project team members, etc. Under the guidance of the scientific concept of development, the concept of high efficiency is to improve the efficiency of project work and communication, improve the quality of the project, and thus improve the benefit of the project through engineering innovation under the guidance of the scientific concept of development. Based on the new engineering idea, which is composed of humanism and high efficiency, this paper takes the chimney construction project of thermal power plant as an example. In view of the systematic optimization of the construction scheme, this paper analyzes the construction management optimization of the chimney project from two aspects: the optimization of the construction technology scheme and the optimization of the construction organization and management scheme. Through a practical case of a chimney project in a thermal power plant, the optimization method of the construction scheme of towering structure based on the new engineering concept proposed in this paper is verified. In this paper, the optimization scheme of high-rise structure construction based on new engineering concept can provide practical and theoretical guidance for the construction of similar projects.
