【摘要】：隨著城市經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)與城市化快速發(fā)展,城市功能不斷發(fā)生變化。而城市物流的發(fā)展不斷影響著城市的功能結(jié)構(gòu),有著成為城市主要功能之一的趨勢。為了更全面、準(zhǔn)確地認(rèn)識城市規(guī)劃中物流的功能地位,更好修正與完善城市物流相關(guān)規(guī)劃設(shè)計與發(fā)展方式,對城市物流功能演化及空間布局的研究探討具有一定的必要性。本文的主要研究目的是：從理論角度上,分析城市物流功能及形態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)演化的一般規(guī)律及其特征；確定城市物流功能作為城市主要功能之一的必要性；以成都為背景分析其城市物流演化規(guī)律及物流在成都市主要功能的重要地位,最后針對成都市物流提出了初步的空間布局優(yōu)化設(shè)計方案及建議。 研究城市物流功能演化的過程中,涉及到多方面的分析。主要以理論和案例相互印證、宏觀與微觀相互結(jié)合、傳統(tǒng)與現(xiàn)代相互比較的方法制定科學(xué)的研究思路。首先是研究城市其他傳統(tǒng)主要功能,即居住、交通、游憩及工作功能活動的演化進(jìn)程,從宏觀的角度與城市物流功能發(fā)展進(jìn)行相互比較分析。再通過分析城市發(fā)展與物流相關(guān)性,探討演化中的動力、基礎(chǔ)等問題。然后從微觀的角度,分析城市物流的結(jié)構(gòu)、形態(tài)及其用地和社會屬性。經(jīng)過宏觀、微觀的角度綜合分析,初步總結(jié)歸納出物流功能演化的階段,分為四個主要階段：低水平均衡期、集聚式發(fā)展期、擴(kuò)展式發(fā)展期以及高水平均衡期。之后對整個演化規(guī)律進(jìn)行了特征要點(diǎn)剖析。通過以上理論分析,從而探討城市物流功能成為城市主要功能之一的必要性。通過實際案例的分析,更加充分的驗證了前文對城市演化的探討。最后,對未來城市物流功能的更新與地位做了展望,指出了該問題的研究仍需要多學(xué)科、多角度的透徹分析。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of urban economic construction and urbanization, the urban function is constantly changing, and the development of urban logistics has a tendency to become one of the main functions of the city. To understand the function of logistics in urban planning, to modify and improve the design and development of urban logistics related planning, It is necessary to study the function evolution and spatial layout of urban logistics. The main purpose of this paper is to analyze the general rules and characteristics of the evolvement of urban logistics function and form structure from the theoretical point of view; To determine the necessity of city logistics function as one of the main functions of the city, to analyze the law of urban logistics evolution and the important position of logistics in Chengdu, taking Chengdu as the background. Finally, the paper puts forward a preliminary plan and suggestion of space layout optimization for Chengdu logistics. In the process of studying the evolution of urban logistics function, it involves many aspects of analysis. Traditional and modern methods of comparing each other to formulate scientific research ideas. The first is to study the evolution of other traditional functions of the city, that is, residence, transportation, recreation and work. Through the analysis of the correlation between urban development and logistics, the paper discusses the power and basis of evolution, and then from the micro perspective, analyzes the structure of urban logistics. Form, land use and social attributes. Through the comprehensive analysis of macro and micro perspectives, the evolution of logistics function is preliminarily summed up, which is divided into four main stages: low level equilibrium period, agglomeration development period, After that, the main features of the whole evolution law are analyzed. This paper discusses the necessity of city logistics function becoming one of the main functions of the city. Through the analysis of actual cases, it fully verifies the discussion of the urban evolution in the previous paper. Finally, the paper looks forward to the renewal and status of the city logistics function in the future. It is pointed out that the research of this problem still needs a multi-disciplinary and multi-angle thorough analysis.
