【摘要】：摘要：當(dāng)前全國(guó)地鐵建設(shè)正在如火如荼地進(jìn)行,圍繞地鐵站點(diǎn)周邊的城市設(shè)計(jì)已經(jīng)成為了許多大中城市建設(shè)的重點(diǎn)關(guān)注對(duì)象。在城市多元化與快速發(fā)展的今天,交通擁擠,城市土地缺乏,城市生活環(huán)境惡劣等城鎮(zhèn)化的問(wèn)題日益嚴(yán)重暴露。地鐵作為被世界公認(rèn)的綠色交通的代表,它的興建給原本擁擠的城市提供了新的活力和希望,這也是改善城市環(huán)境非常好的契機(jī)。 本論文主要包括五個(gè)章節(jié),第一章為緒論,第二～四章為正文,第五章為總結(jié)。 第一章對(duì)于論文的綜述,包括課題的來(lái)源,研究背景,國(guó)內(nèi)研究及案例的借鑒,通過(guò)提出目前國(guó)內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)存在的問(wèn)題,引出研究的目的和意義。 第二章對(duì)于地鐵站點(diǎn)周邊區(qū)域城市設(shè)計(jì)分別從地鐵站點(diǎn)周邊區(qū)域與城市設(shè)計(jì)的概念出發(fā),經(jīng)過(guò)研究與分析,總結(jié)出來(lái)關(guān)于地鐵站點(diǎn)周邊區(qū)域城市設(shè)計(jì)的概念及它與其他城市設(shè)計(jì)的區(qū)別。 第三章是對(duì)地鐵站點(diǎn)周邊區(qū)域城市設(shè)計(jì)要素及其側(cè)重的研究,從城市空間的交通提出了城市設(shè)計(jì)的要素,即,交通,商業(yè),居住,游憩,之后提出來(lái)控制性的因素概念,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行了側(cè)重設(shè)計(jì)。 第四章是結(jié)合實(shí)例的研究,首先對(duì)地鐵站點(diǎn)周邊區(qū)域城市設(shè)計(jì)步驟進(jìn)行闡述,然后依照前面的總結(jié)以北京大興線義和莊站為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合,希望對(duì)將來(lái)的相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)起到借鑒的作用。 第五章為研究總結(jié),出了論文的不足,并對(duì)將來(lái)地鐵站點(diǎn)周邊區(qū)域城市設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:Abstract: at present, the subway construction in China is in full swing, and the urban design around the subway station has become the focus of attention in many large and medium-sized cities. Today, with the diversification and rapid development of cities, traffic congestion is becoming more and more important. The problems of urbanization, such as the shortage of urban land and the poor urban living environment, are increasingly exposed. As a representative of green transportation recognized by the world, the construction of subway has provided new vitality and hope for the originally crowded cities. This is also a very good opportunity to improve the urban environment. This thesis mainly includes five chapters, the first chapter is the introduction, the second-fourth chapter is the main body, the 5th chapter is the summary. The first chapter summarizes the thesis, including the source of the subject, research background, domestic research and the reference of cases, through the current problems in domestic design, leading to the purpose and significance of the study. The second chapter studies and analyzes the urban design of the surrounding area of the subway station from the concept of the surrounding area and the urban design of the subway station. The concept of urban design around subway station and its difference from other urban design are summarized. The third chapter is a study on the urban design elements of the surrounding areas of subway stations, and puts forward the elements of urban design from the traffic of urban space, that is, traffic, commerce, residence, recreation, and then puts forward the concept of controlling factors. And it is emphasized on the design. Chapter 4th is a case study, first of all, the urban design steps around the subway station are expounded, and then according to the previous summary, Beijing Daxing Line Yihezhuang Station as the research object, through the combination of theory and practice, Hope to the future of the relevant design to play a reference role. Chapter 5th is the summary of the research, and gives the deficiency of the paper, and prospects the future urban design of the metro station peripheral area.
