【摘要】：建筑業(yè)作為我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)，已經(jīng)取得了長足的發(fā)展。但建筑工程施工安全問題也越來越突出，在工礦企業(yè)中建筑業(yè)的死亡人數(shù)在2011年超過了煤礦企業(yè)，躍居第一位。這不僅對企業(yè)自身造成重大損失，對行業(yè)發(fā)展也帶來嚴(yán)重影響。本文分析了建筑施工企業(yè)安全生產(chǎn)事故高發(fā)的原因，其中深層次的原因是企業(yè)各級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安全觀念淡薄，各級安全生產(chǎn)管理人員安全知識欠缺、安全意識落后。同時，由于目前從事施工現(xiàn)場建筑安全管理工作的人員大部分是高校土木工程或工程管理相關(guān)專業(yè)畢業(yè)的大學(xué)生，而這些專業(yè)的學(xué)生在校學(xué)習(xí)期間基本沒有接受過建筑安全與健康知識方面的教育。因此針對這樣的形勢，本文積極探討高校建筑安全管理人才的培養(yǎng)模式，就顯得尤為重要。 本文采用文獻(xiàn)法、比較研究法闡述了建筑安全管理人才培養(yǎng)模式的研究背景、研究意義以及國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀等內(nèi)容，詳細(xì)介紹了人才培養(yǎng)模式的基本概念、構(gòu)成要素等相關(guān)理論，然后深入總結(jié)國外發(fā)達(dá)國家建筑安全管理人才培養(yǎng)的現(xiàn)狀及經(jīng)驗，主要表現(xiàn)在重視培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的職業(yè)道德、專業(yè)實(shí)踐能力、知識應(yīng)用能力、交流能力以及課程更新快等特點(diǎn)。本文通過問卷調(diào)查、專家訪談等方法分析了我國建筑安全管理人才培養(yǎng)的現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題及原因，如建筑安全管理人才隊伍結(jié)構(gòu)不合理、課程設(shè)置不合理、教學(xué)方法缺乏創(chuàng)新、重學(xué)術(shù)輕實(shí)踐等。在此基礎(chǔ)上，本文以理論知識為基礎(chǔ)、以先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗為依托、從企業(yè)對建筑安全管理人才的需求出發(fā)，，分析了建筑安全管理人才應(yīng)具有的能力素質(zhì)和知識結(jié)構(gòu)，從培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)、課程設(shè)置、實(shí)踐教學(xué)、師資隊伍、培養(yǎng)方法等方面提出了我國建筑安全管理人才培養(yǎng)模式，即建筑特點(diǎn)加安全管理的應(yīng)用型人才培養(yǎng)模式。最后，為保障建筑安全管理人才培養(yǎng)模式順利運(yùn)行從高校、企業(yè)、政府三方面提出了對策措施。 希望本文的探索能對我國建筑安全管理人才培養(yǎng)的理論與實(shí)踐研究有一定意義，為提高我國建筑安全管理水平作出貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:As the pillar industry of our national economy, the construction industry has made great progress, but the construction safety problem of the construction engineering is more and more prominent. In 2011, the death toll of the construction industry in the industrial and mining enterprises exceeded that of the coal mining enterprises. This not only causes great losses to the enterprises themselves, but also has a serious impact on the development of the industry. This paper analyzes the reasons for the high incidence of safety accidents in construction enterprises. The deep reason is that the safety concept of the leaders at all levels of the enterprise is weak, the safety knowledge of the safety managers at all levels is lacking, and the safety consciousness is backward, at the same time, As most of the personnel engaged in building safety management at the construction site are university graduates majoring in civil engineering or engineering management, However, the students of these major have not received the education of architectural safety and health knowledge during their study in school. Therefore, in view of this situation, it is particularly important for this article to actively discuss the training mode of architectural safety management personnel in colleges and universities. In this paper, the research background, significance and current situation of the training model of architectural safety management talents are expounded by the method of literature and comparative research, and the basic concepts of the training mode of talents are introduced in detail. Then it summarizes the current situation and experience of building safety management personnel training in foreign developed countries, which is mainly reflected in the emphasis on the cultivation of students' professional ethics, professional practice ability, knowledge application ability, and so on, and then summarizes the current situation and experience of building safety management personnel training in foreign developed countries. This paper analyzes the present situation, existing problems and reasons of building safety management personnel training in China by means of questionnaire investigation and expert interview, such as the irrational structure of the construction safety management personnel team. The course design is unreasonable, the teaching method lacks of innovation, and the academic practice is neglected. On this basis, based on the theoretical knowledge and advanced experience, this paper starts from the demand of the enterprise for the construction safety management talents. This paper analyzes on the ability quality and knowledge structure of architectural safety management talents, and puts forward the training mode of architectural safety management talents in our country from the aspects of training objectives, curriculum setting, practical teaching, teaching staff, training methods, and so on. Finally, in order to ensure the successful operation of the training mode of building safety management talents, the countermeasures are put forward from three aspects: universities, enterprises and government. It is hoped that the exploration of this paper will be of some significance to the theoretical and practical research on the cultivation of architectural safety management personnel in our country, and will contribute to the improvement of the level of building safety management in our country.
