【摘要】：所謂休閑農(nóng)莊，就是以農(nóng)業(yè)文化為主題、以休閑度假為目的的綜合性園區(qū)，，其利用田園景觀和自然生態(tài)來突出表現(xiàn)農(nóng)村的文化和農(nóng)家的生活，從而為人們提供一種體驗(yàn)“三農(nóng)”的休閑娛樂新模式。近年來，隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)的不斷發(fā)展，國(guó)內(nèi)的休閑農(nóng)業(yè)得到了非常迅猛的發(fā)展，并成為消費(fèi)升級(jí)的戰(zhàn)略支撐之一。在我國(guó)居民生活水平不斷提高和城市化快速發(fā)展的同時(shí)，為了適應(yīng)人們回歸自然、擺脫城市生活壓力大心理需要，休閑農(nóng)莊得以快速的發(fā)展。湖南作為我國(guó)休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展較快的省份之一，其從上世紀(jì)90年代初發(fā)展到現(xiàn)在，已經(jīng)初步具備了一定的規(guī)模,而長(zhǎng)沙作為湖南的省會(huì)城市，前來休閑農(nóng)莊的游客消費(fèi)者越來越多，但隨之產(chǎn)生的問題也越來越多。正因如此，對(duì)休閑農(nóng)莊的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)是否科學(xué)直接關(guān)系到日后經(jīng)營(yíng)的成敗，因此日益成為研究者關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。 本論文嘗試將對(duì)休閑農(nóng)莊的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)作為研究方法，致力于探討適合與長(zhǎng)沙休閑農(nóng)莊發(fā)展的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)理論。 首先，本文對(duì)休閑農(nóng)莊、游客消費(fèi)者以及旅游方面的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行梳理，對(duì)長(zhǎng)沙的旅游資源，休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀以及特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析，為接下來的調(diào)研提供理論基礎(chǔ)。 其次，對(duì)長(zhǎng)沙市的休閑農(nóng)莊進(jìn)行具體的實(shí)地調(diào)研，其中包括對(duì)15個(gè)長(zhǎng)沙休閑農(nóng)莊的調(diào)研以及對(duì)游客的問卷調(diào)查。通過調(diào)研，總結(jié)分析出了長(zhǎng)沙休閑農(nóng)莊目前的類型和特點(diǎn)；對(duì)游客消費(fèi)者群體進(jìn)行了細(xì)分研究，分析總結(jié)了游客的類型和多元化的需求。并通過上述資料分析總結(jié)得出了長(zhǎng)沙休閑農(nóng)莊在活動(dòng)安排、空間布局、規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)、建筑設(shè)計(jì)、景觀設(shè)計(jì)、文化內(nèi)涵、生態(tài)環(huán)境以及設(shè)施建設(shè)等多方面的問題，為長(zhǎng)沙休閑農(nóng)莊的研究提供了實(shí)踐基礎(chǔ)。 最后，針對(duì)游客需求多元化背景下長(zhǎng)沙市休閑農(nóng)莊目前存在的問題，主要從規(guī)劃與建筑設(shè)計(jì)的角度對(duì)長(zhǎng)沙市休閑農(nóng)莊的建設(shè)提出了設(shè)計(jì)思路和設(shè)計(jì)理念，并希望通過以此來完善和解決長(zhǎng)沙休閑農(nóng)莊在發(fā)展中出現(xiàn)的問題。
[Abstract]:The so-called leisure farm is a comprehensive park with the theme of agricultural culture and the purpose of leisure and vacation. It makes use of the rural landscape and natural ecology to highlight the rural culture and the life of the farmers. In recent years, with the development of economy and society in our country, leisure agriculture in China has been developing rapidly. It has become one of the strategic supports of consumption upgrading. While the living standards of Chinese residents are constantly improving and urbanization is developing rapidly, in order to adapt to people's return to nature and get rid of the great psychological needs of urban life pressure, Hunan, as one of the provinces with rapid development of leisure agriculture, has had a certain scale since the beginning of -10s, and Changsha is the capital city of Hunan. More and more tourists and consumers come to the leisure farm, but there are also more and more problems. As a result, whether the planning and design of the leisure farm is scientific or not is directly related to the success or failure of the future operation. Therefore, it has become the focus of attention increasingly. This paper attempts to study the planning and design of leisure farm as a research method and to explore the planning and design theory suitable for the development of Changsha leisure farm. First of all, this paper combs the related theories of leisure farm, tourist consumers and tourism, analyzes the tourism resources, the current situation and characteristics of leisure agriculture in Changsha, and provides the theoretical basis for the following research. Secondly, it carries on the concrete field investigation to the leisure farm of Changsha, including the investigation of 15 leisure farms in Changsha and the questionnaire survey to the tourists. Through the investigation, the author summarizes and analyzes the current types and characteristics of the leisure farm in Changsha; Through the analysis of the above data, the author concludes the activities arrangement, space layout, planning and design, architectural design of Changsha leisure farm. Landscape design, cultural connotation, ecological environment and facilities construction provide a practical basis for the study of Changsha leisure farm. Finally, in view of the existing problems of leisure farm in Changsha under the background of diversified tourist demand, this paper puts forward the design idea and design idea of leisure farm construction in Changsha from the point of view of planning and architectural design. And through this to improve and solve the Changsha leisure farm in the development of problems.
