【摘要】：建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)是我國經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)之一,在今后仍有著巨大的發(fā)展機(jī)遇,還將發(fā)揮重要的作用。作為國有建筑企業(yè),必須具備前瞻性的戰(zhàn)略思維,保持企業(yè)在長時(shí)間內(nèi)參與國內(nèi)、國際建筑市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭,是擺在本公司面前的重要課題。 本文以中建八局一公司為研究對(duì)象,闡述了其發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的一些想法。論文首先介紹了論文的研究背景和基本框架。接著,論文對(duì)戰(zhàn)略的基本理念、內(nèi)涵、分析方法及戰(zhàn)略研究發(fā)展進(jìn)行介紹。 論文花了較長的篇幅,運(yùn)用運(yùn)用PEST分析框架法,從政策法律、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)文化和技術(shù)四個(gè)方面對(duì)中建八局第一建設(shè)有限公司的戰(zhàn)略宏觀環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析;運(yùn)用波特的五力模型對(duì)公司所處的行業(yè)環(huán)境進(jìn)行了分析。此外,論文還運(yùn)用了大量的研究資料分析了公司內(nèi)部環(huán)境,涉及到組織機(jī)構(gòu)、市場(chǎng)狀況、績效考核等等各個(gè)方面。 在宏觀環(huán)境、行業(yè)環(huán)境和組織環(huán)境分析系的基礎(chǔ)上,論文運(yùn)用SWOT分析矩陣法,綜合分析了中建八局一公司的優(yōu)勢(shì)與劣勢(shì)、機(jī)會(huì)與挑戰(zhàn),得出總體戰(zhàn)略方向、分層戰(zhàn)略、戰(zhàn)略重點(diǎn)等。 最后,論文還根據(jù)公司的實(shí)際情況,從人力資源、財(cái)務(wù)投資、市場(chǎng)營銷、技術(shù)研發(fā)、企業(yè)文化、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理等各個(gè)方面提出了較切實(shí)可行的戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施保障措施。
[Abstract]:The construction industry is one of the pillar industries in the economic construction of our country. It still has great development opportunities and will play an important role in the future. As a state-owned construction enterprise, it must have a forward-looking strategic thinking. It is an important subject for our company to keep enterprises participating in domestic and international construction market competition for a long time. In this paper, the author takes China Construction eight Bureau one Company as the research object, expounds some ideas of its development strategy. Firstly, the paper introduces the research background and basic framework of the paper. Then, the paper introduces the basic concept and connotation of the strategy. Analysis methods and development of strategic research are introduced. This paper uses the PEST analysis framework method to analyze the strategic macro environment of the first Construction Company of the eighth Bureau of China Construction Corporation from the four aspects of policy and law, economy, social culture and technology. In addition, the paper uses a lot of research materials to analyze the internal environment of the company, which involves organization, market situation, performance appraisal and so on. On the basis of macro environment, industry environment and organization environment analysis department, the paper uses SWOT analysis matrix method, synthetically analyzes the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of China Construction eight innings & one Company, and obtains the overall strategic direction and stratified strategy. Strategic priorities, etc. Finally, according to the actual situation of the company, the paper puts forward some feasible strategies from the aspects of human resources, financial investment, marketing, technology development, corporate culture, on-site management and so on.
