【摘要】：隨著建設(shè)部逐漸取消毛坯房政策的逐步實(shí)施,以及現(xiàn)代生活節(jié)奏的不斷加快,廣大消費(fèi)者沒有太多的業(yè)余時(shí)間進(jìn)行裝修跟迸,對成品房有著迫切的需求,對于有實(shí)力的開發(fā)商及信譽(yù)度、知名度高的裝飾設(shè)計(jì)公司聯(lián)手推出的樣板房,必將受到廣大購房者的認(rèn)可及接受。在提倡土地高效利用和社會家庭結(jié)構(gòu)越來越小型化的背景下,居住質(zhì)量的高低將直接影響人類社會生活的和諧與發(fā)展。隨著我國住宅商品化的深入發(fā)展及生活水平的提高,人們的居住條件及居住觀念有了很大改變,對于住宅室內(nèi)環(huán)境的認(rèn)知己從“量”的關(guān)注轉(zhuǎn)向“質(zhì)”的追求,創(chuàng)造一個(gè)符合現(xiàn)代城市居民居住需求的舒適、健康的住宅室內(nèi)環(huán)境已成為時(shí)代的要求,具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。同時(shí),現(xiàn)代城市居民日益重視居住室內(nèi)環(huán)境的改善使住宅室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)、裝飾及裝修等相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展日益興盛,但在空前火熱的背后又相對存在著浮躁而缺乏系統(tǒng)理性思考的現(xiàn)狀。本設(shè)計(jì)以當(dāng)今社會發(fā)展?fàn)顩r下新的家庭生活模式及居住行為特征為切入點(diǎn),以若干住宅室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)工程實(shí)踐為基礎(chǔ),通過對影響居住生活舒適度并與居住空間室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)的各設(shè)計(jì)要素進(jìn)行分析研究,同時(shí),為契合國家現(xiàn)階段住房建設(shè)規(guī)劃思路,以中小戶型為主要研究對象,對居住生活實(shí)質(zhì)、居家室內(nèi)環(huán)境做出舒適性的設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容。本文設(shè)計(jì)從現(xiàn)實(shí)出發(fā)充分利用空間從而達(dá)到資源的優(yōu)化配置。把握簡潔、適用的原則,充分、合理的利用每一寸空間,基于以人為本,做到舒適性的住宅室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)研究思路,做到小而精、小而全,使有限的空間無限放大,同樣可以改善生活環(huán)境、提高生活質(zhì)量、展示住戶的個(gè)性特點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:With the gradual implementation of the Ministry of Construction's cancellation of the rough housing policy and the accelerating pace of modern life, the vast number of consumers do not have too much spare time to decorate and break out, and there is an urgent need for finished houses. For strong developers and reputation, well-known decoration design companies jointly launched model houses, will be recognized and accepted by the vast number of buyers. In the context of promoting efficient land use and social family structure more and more miniaturized background, The living quality will directly affect the harmony and development of human social life. With the further development of housing commercialization and the improvement of living standard, people's living conditions and concept have been greatly changed. The cognition of indoor environment has changed from "quantity" to "quality", creating a comfortable and healthy residential environment that meets the needs of modern urban residents, and has become the requirement of the times. At the same time, modern urban residents pay more and more attention to the improvement of indoor environment, which makes the development of residential interior design, decoration and decoration become more and more prosperous. However, behind the unprecedented heat, there is a relatively impetuous and lack of systematic rational thinking. This design is based on the new family life pattern and the characteristics of residential behavior under the current social development. Based on the practice of a number of residential interior design projects, this paper analyzes and studies the design elements that affect the comfort of residential life and the interior design of residential space. At the same time, it is in line with the planning ideas of housing construction at the present stage of the country. Taking the small and medium-sized household type as the main research object, the article makes the comfortable design content to the living life essence and the indoor environment. This paper makes full use of the space from the reality to achieve the optimal allocation of the resources, and grasps the principle of simplicity and applicability. Make full and reasonable use of every inch of space, based on people-oriented and comfortable residential interior design research ideas, so that small and fine, small and complete, so that limited space infinitely enlarged, can also improve the living environment, improve the quality of life, Show the individual characteristics of the household.
