廣州某圖書館能耗分析與節(jié)能改造

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,公共建筑能耗所占比例與日俱增,降低公共建筑能耗迫在眉睫。如何有效降低公共建筑能耗,提高能源使用效率是我國目前建筑節(jié)能工作的重點。我國于2005年已頒布實施《公共建筑節(jié)能設(shè)計標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》,,在建筑設(shè)計初期嚴(yán)格把關(guān)建筑的節(jié)能設(shè)計,包括圍護結(jié)構(gòu)、空調(diào)系統(tǒng)等,從源頭上控制了新建公共建筑的能耗。而由于沒有《公共建筑節(jié)能設(shè)計標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》的要求,對2005年之前的既有公共建筑能耗較高由此造成的能源浪費不容忽視,對既有公共建筑的節(jié)能改造勢在必行。目前我國仍沒有一部針對既有公共建筑節(jié)能的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)或法規(guī),因此,研究既有公共建筑的節(jié)能改造具有重要意義。 與新建建筑不同,既有公共建筑節(jié)能改造涉及因素較多,為避免節(jié)能改造的盲目性,應(yīng)在實施節(jié)能改造前充分了解建筑的能耗狀況,明確能耗的構(gòu)成及影響因素;谶@一認(rèn)識,本文以公共建筑為研究對象,首先采用模擬計算方法,分析建筑能耗構(gòu)成,進而結(jié)合建筑實際情況,針對建筑能耗影響較大的因素提出節(jié)能措施。再利用模擬計算方法,預(yù)先分析實施改造后的節(jié)能潛力,力求在實施節(jié)能改造前便能夠?qū)Ω脑旆桨、改造效益等進行預(yù)判,做到“有的放矢”,保證節(jié)能改造方案的合理性和預(yù)期的效應(yīng)。 依據(jù)上述的研究思路,本文選擇廣州某圖書館為實例,運用模擬軟件IES(VE)建立了該圖書館能耗模擬模型,然后通過現(xiàn)場測試檢驗?zāi)芎哪P偷暮侠硇,以此作為深入分析建筑能耗的基礎(chǔ)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,研究影響該建筑能耗構(gòu)成的主要因素,結(jié)合建筑實際情況和實施改造的可能性,提出了基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)運行控制與運行管理的改造方案,以有效降低中央空調(diào)系統(tǒng)能耗,針對改造方案再次利用模擬軟件進行了節(jié)能潛力分析。模擬分析結(jié)果表明采用該方案可以獲得較好的節(jié)能改造效益,以分析為依據(jù),實施了節(jié)能改造方案,經(jīng)過改造后的測試,實際節(jié)能率達14%,與軟件模擬計算結(jié)果較為吻合。 研究表明,在實施建筑節(jié)能改造前,通過軟件模擬方法認(rèn)真分析和評估建筑能耗并提出有針對性的改造方案是一種科學(xué)客觀的方法。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy, the proportion of energy consumption in public buildings is increasing day by day, so it is urgent to reduce the energy consumption of public buildings. Improving energy use efficiency is the focus of building energy conservation in our country. In 2005, our country issued and implemented "Standard for Energy Saving Design of Public buildings". In the early stage of building design, we strictly controlled the energy saving design of buildings, including enclosure structure, air conditioning system, etc. The energy consumption of newly built public buildings has been controlled from the source. However, since there is no requirement of energy conservation design standard for public buildings, the energy waste caused by the high energy consumption of existing public buildings before 2005 cannot be ignored. It is imperative to retrofit the existing public buildings. At present, there is still no standard or regulation for the energy conservation of existing public buildings in our country. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the energy-saving transformation of existing public buildings. Different from the newly built buildings, there are many factors involved in the energy-saving transformation of existing public buildings. In order to avoid the blindness of energy-saving renovation, the energy consumption of the buildings should be fully understood before the implementation of the energy-saving reconstruction. Based on this understanding, this paper takes the public buildings as the research object. Firstly, by using the simulation calculation method, the composition of the building energy consumption is analyzed, and then the actual situation of the building is combined. The energy-saving measures are put forward in view of the factors which have a great influence on building energy consumption. The energy-saving potential after implementation of the retrofit is analyzed in advance by using the simulation calculation method, and the retrofit scheme and benefit can be forecasted before the energy-saving retrofit is carried out. To achieve a "targeted", to ensure the rationality of energy saving transformation and expected effects. According to the above research ideas, this paper chooses a library in Guangzhou as an example, establishes the energy consumption simulation model of the library by using the simulation software IESVEV, and then tests the rationality of the energy consumption model through field tests. Based on the analysis of building energy consumption, the main factors influencing the building energy consumption are studied, and the possibility of building reconstruction is combined with the actual situation of the building. The transformation scheme based on network operation control and operation management is put forward in order to effectively reduce the energy consumption of central air conditioning system. The energy saving potential is analyzed by using simulation software again. The result of simulation analysis shows that the scheme can obtain better benefit of energy saving transformation. Based on the analysis, the energy saving reform scheme is implemented and tested after the transformation. The actual energy saving rate is up to 14%, which is in good agreement with the result of software simulation. The research shows that it is a scientific and objective method to analyze and evaluate the building energy consumption carefully and put forward a targeted reconstruction plan by software simulation before the implementation of building energy saving transformation.
