總承包模式下Y工程咨詢公司項(xiàng)目工程監(jiān)理對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:隨著我國工程監(jiān)理制度的推行,建筑市場的不斷完善,國內(nèi)已成長出一批具備成熟管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)、專業(yè)技術(shù)人才的綜合性工程咨詢公司。本文以作者所在的Y工程咨詢公司為研究對(duì)象,探究傳統(tǒng)監(jiān)理模式在應(yīng)對(duì)新型承包模式——設(shè)計(jì)施工總承包所存在的不足和面臨的挑戰(zhàn),通過管理模型結(jié)合公司實(shí)際管理模式進(jìn)行分析評(píng)價(jià),針對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)分析的結(jié)論制定相應(yīng)的解決對(duì)策,對(duì)于提高公司的管理水平和市場拓展具有一定的實(shí)踐意義。 本文首先介紹了國際工程咨詢行業(yè)和國內(nèi)監(jiān)理行業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了現(xiàn)狀分析,并對(duì)相關(guān)概念以及監(jiān)理在建設(shè)工程全壽命周期的任務(wù)和原則進(jìn)行了闡述。本研究選取美國科茲納博士提出的五層次組織項(xiàng)目管理成熟度模型,采用問卷調(diào)查的形式,通過對(duì)Y公司項(xiàng)目管理成熟度的評(píng)價(jià),分析目前公司在項(xiàng)目管理中存在的不足,提出相應(yīng)的優(yōu)化方案。同時(shí),提取評(píng)價(jià)得分最低的三項(xiàng):風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理、溝通協(xié)調(diào)以及人力資源管理,結(jié)合Y公司在以傳統(tǒng)監(jiān)理模式承擔(dān)設(shè)計(jì)施工總承包監(jiān)理任務(wù)過程中面臨的問題,以及由于承包模式變化而對(duì)監(jiān)理實(shí)施產(chǎn)生影響的因素,進(jìn)行原因分析。 為了有針對(duì)性的解決傳統(tǒng)監(jiān)理模式應(yīng)對(duì)總承包項(xiàng)目面臨的問題,本文根據(jù)項(xiàng)目管理成熟度模型的評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果,分析公司應(yīng)對(duì)總承包模式存在的問題及原因,提出相應(yīng)的解決對(duì)策,并為確保對(duì)策的順利執(zhí)行,從技術(shù)、組織、合同幾個(gè)方面制定了相應(yīng)保障措施。 本研究為國內(nèi)工程監(jiān)理和咨詢公司在應(yīng)對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)施工總承包模式項(xiàng)目過程,提供了一定的理論依據(jù)和實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),具有一定研究意義。圖9幅,
[Abstract]:With the implementation of engineering supervision system in our country, the construction market continues to improve, China has grown out of a group of mature management experience, comprehensive engineering consulting company of professional and technical personnel. This thesis takes the Y engineering consulting company as the research object, explore the shortcomings of traditional supervision mode in response to the new contract mode -- Design and construction the existence and challenges, through the management model with the actual management mode analysis and evaluation, formulate corresponding measures according to the evaluation results, has certain practical significance to improve the company's management level and market development.
This paper first introduces the development status of domestic and international engineering consulting industry supervision industry were analyzed, and the related concepts and tasks and principles of supervision in the whole life cycle of construction project were discussed. This study selected five levels of organization of the United States proposed by Dr. Kozna project management maturity model, in the form of a questionnaire, through the management of the Y company project maturity assessment, analysis of problems in the project management in the company at present, put forward the corresponding optimization scheme. At the same time, extraction evaluation of the lowest three items: risk management, communication and coordination and management of human resources, on the basis of Y company faced the general contract of design and construction supervision problems in the process of the the traditional supervision mode, as well as the change of supervision contract model of influencing factors, analyzes the reasons.
In order to solve the traditional supervision mode to deal with the problems faced by the project, according to project management maturity model evaluation results, analysis of problems and causes companies to deal with the general contracting mode, put forward the corresponding countermeasures, and to ensure the smooth implementation of the strategy, technology, organization, contract aspects formulated the corresponding security measures.
This study provides a theoretical basis and practical experience for domestic engineering supervision and consulting companies in coping with the design and construction general contracting mode project. It has certain research significance. 9
