【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟的迅速發(fā)展和城市化進程的明顯加快,我國城市住宅建設已經(jīng)進入了黃金時期。由于城市人口激增、家庭結構的變化、土地資源匱乏和城市住宅房價的攀升等原因,居住中最為重要的住宅建筑面積應該更好地適應我國國情。為了取得最大的土地開發(fā)經(jīng)濟效益,在地狹人稠的都市環(huán)境里,有限的空間條件下生活,即意味著居住空間相對地越趨于狹小,但在生活基本條件必須齊全的情形下,有限空間的多功能化、可彈性化之趨勢,勢必成為未來小戶型積極達成的目標。 本文擬定以建筑面積為90m2以下的小戶型住宅為研究對象,通過對國內外相關彈性設計理論研究的整理歸納,以及對適應小戶型住宅空間體系所蘊含的彈性思想的挖掘,試圖為住宅空間設計引入彈性理念提供歷史背景和相關理論依據(jù)。繼而通過長沙市當前市場小戶型住宅項目和其使用者進行調查訪談,以明確小戶型住宅的居住主體,借此來展開使用者對其空間需求的研究。以此來啟發(fā)室內空間設計在彈性利用上的可行性探討,并總結出彈性設計的基本原則與方法,其目的在于為室內設計專業(yè)人員提供設計之參考。最后,就宜家空間設計的案例進行剖析,深入探討如何實現(xiàn)小戶型住宅空間的應變和舒適度,并根據(jù)我國基本國情,為未來小戶型住宅空間設計的發(fā)展指出了明確的方向。 從居住者的角度研究小戶型居住住宅設計勢在必行,在設計中,將彈性理念灌入到住宅設計的運用也是具有現(xiàn)實意義的。尤其在經(jīng)濟技術及社會文化快速轉型時期,城市和住宅建筑的結構體系更應該是開放、堅固、富有彈性并且能夠對各種不同的需求做出回應。一方面,它將推動集約高效、生態(tài)環(huán)保、健康舒適等科學發(fā)展理念之普及；另一方面,更好地促進我國城市人居環(huán)境之可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and the obvious acceleration of urbanization, urban housing construction in China has entered a golden period. Due to the rapid increase of urban population, the change of family structure, the scarcity of land resources and the rising housing prices, etc. The most important residential building area in residence should be better adapted to the national conditions of our country. In order to obtain the maximum economic benefit of land development, living in the dense urban environment with a narrow area of land and limited space conditions, It means that the living space tends to be narrower and narrower, but under the condition that the basic living conditions must be complete, the multifunctional and flexible trend of the limited space is bound to become the goal to be achieved by the small household type in the future. In this paper, the author takes the small house with a building area of less than 90 m2 as the research object, through the arrangement and induction of the domestic and foreign elastic design theory, as well as the excavation of the elastic thought which adapts to the space system of the small house. This paper attempts to provide historical background and relevant theoretical basis for the introduction of elastic concept into residential space design. Then, through the investigation and interview of small household housing projects and its users in the current market of Changsha City, the main body of residence of small households is clarified. In order to enlighten the feasibility of flexible use of indoor space design, and summarize the basic principles and methods of flexible design, The purpose is to provide reference for interior design professionals. Finally, the paper analyzes the case of Ikea space design, discusses how to realize the adaptability and comfort of the small apartment space, and according to the basic conditions of our country, For the future small housing space design development pointed out a clear direction. It is imperative to study the design of small dwelling house from the perspective of the occupant. In the design, it is also of practical significance to put the elastic idea into the application of housing design, especially in the period of rapid economic and technological transformation and social and cultural transformation. The structure system of urban and residential buildings should be open, strong, flexible and able to respond to different needs. On the one hand, it will promote the popularization of scientific development concepts such as intensive efficiency, ecological protection, health and comfort. On the other hand, better promote the sustainable development of urban human settlement environment in China.
