【摘要】：隨著中國城市化的快速發(fā)展,流動(dòng)人口大量增加,城市人口快速膨脹帶來人均住房面積的緊張。很多人不能一次置業(yè)完成,用于過渡性的住宅需求量非常可觀。新就業(yè)的年輕人、外來務(wù)工人員被稱為“夾心層”群體。由于受到積蓄有限、工薪水平相對(duì)較低等原因,他們購房很難一步到位,通常首次購買的較小面積的住房作為暫時(shí)過渡性的住宅,這種二次置業(yè)之前購買的,建筑面積較小,適合于單身或兩口之家暫時(shí)居住的住房,論文中稱之為“過渡性住房�！� 然而,相當(dāng)數(shù)量的過渡性住房在設(shè)計(jì)中僅僅將各功能單元進(jìn)行簡單的劃分,卻忽略了住宅在使用對(duì)象、家庭生活模式等方面的特點(diǎn)。同時(shí),隨著日常家庭生活的不斷變化,居住模式和生活方式也在不斷的發(fā)生變化,一成不變的住宅室內(nèi)空間已經(jīng)滿足不了人們的需求。有限的居住空間的充分利用也逐漸成為人們關(guān)注的一個(gè)問題,這也就意味著我們要解決如何提高過渡性住房適應(yīng)性這一大難題。充分考慮適應(yīng)性設(shè)計(jì)的過渡性住房,可延長過渡性住房的使用時(shí)間,同時(shí)能更好地滿足住房流通時(shí)不同購房者的需求。 針對(duì)目前出現(xiàn)的問題,本文首先明確了課題的研究背景和意義,界定了過渡性住房、室內(nèi)空間和住宅適應(yīng)性的概念。其次,解析了過渡性住房室內(nèi)空間適應(yīng)性設(shè)計(jì)的相關(guān)內(nèi)容,包括過渡性住房的適用對(duì)象、套內(nèi)空間尺寸與面積、適應(yīng)性住宅比較和適應(yīng)性設(shè)計(jì)的影響要素。再次,以長春市為依托,走訪了大量的住宅小區(qū)。最后,根據(jù)調(diào)研出現(xiàn)的問題提出了一系列有針對(duì)性的措施和解決方法。 但是,過渡性住房室內(nèi)空間的適應(yīng)性設(shè)計(jì)問題是一個(gè)廣泛而復(fù)雜的研究課題,需要更多人參與進(jìn)來,解決中國目前的過渡性住房的不適應(yīng)性問題,實(shí)現(xiàn)住房的健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of urbanization in China, the floating population has increased greatly, and the rapid expansion of urban population has brought about a shortage of housing area per capita. Many people cannot buy their homes at once. The demand for transitional housing is considerable. Young people with new jobs, migrant workers, known as the "sandwich layer" group, are struggling to buy their homes in one step because of limited savings and relatively low wage levels. Usually the first purchase of a small area of housing as a temporary transitional housing, this secondary home before the purchase of small building area, suitable for single or two family temporary housing, referred to in the paper as "transitional housing." However, a considerable number of transitional housing design only simply divided the functional units, but ignored the characteristics of housing in the use of objects, family life patterns. At the same time, with the constant changes in daily family life, The living mode and life style are constantly changing, and the unchanging indoor space can not meet the needs of the people. The full use of the limited living space has gradually become a problem that people pay attention to. This means that we have to solve the problem of how to improve the adaptability of transitional housing. At the same time, it can better meet the needs of different buyers when housing flows. In view of the current problems, this paper firstly defines the research background and significance of the subject, defines the concepts of transitional housing, indoor space and housing adaptability. This paper analyzes the relevant contents of the indoor spatial adaptability design of transitional housing, including the applicable object of the transitional housing, the space size and area of the suite, the comparison of the adaptive housing and the influencing factors of the adaptive design. A large number of residential areas were visited. Finally, a series of targeted measures and solutions were put forward according to the problems. However, the adaptive design of transitional housing interior space is an extensive and complex research topic, which needs more people to participate in, to solve the current transitional housing in China, and to achieve the healthy development of housing.
