【摘要】：摘要：隨著國內(nèi)工程總承包不斷發(fā)展以及業(yè)主對工程建設(shè)產(chǎn)品及生產(chǎn)方式需求的多樣化,向國際型工程公司轉(zhuǎn)型,實施工程總承包業(yè)務(wù)同時拓展海外市場,抓住市場機遇、應(yīng)對市場挑戰(zhàn),持續(xù)保持企業(yè)市場競爭優(yōu)勢,已經(jīng)成為鐵路設(shè)計院戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展的必然選擇。 本文以企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略理論、核心能力理論、縱向一體化理論等為理論基礎(chǔ),面對鐵路設(shè)計院向國際型工程公司轉(zhuǎn)型的長期性與復(fù)雜性,進行分析與研究。 本文首先從分析國際型工程公司的自身特點、優(yōu)勢入手,分析了國際型工程公司的核心能力,提出向國際型工程公司轉(zhuǎn)型是鐵路設(shè)計院發(fā)展的必然趨勢。在鐵路設(shè)計院發(fā)展環(huán)境分析的基礎(chǔ)上,從外部推動及內(nèi)部驅(qū)動兩個方面分析鐵路設(shè)計院向國際型工程公司轉(zhuǎn)型的驅(qū)動因素,探討了鐵路設(shè)計院向國際型工程公司轉(zhuǎn)型的能力建設(shè)。然后,從戰(zhàn)略角度,分析鐵路設(shè)計院向國際型工程公司轉(zhuǎn)型戰(zhàn)略,在組織機構(gòu)、人力資源等保障基礎(chǔ)上探討分析鐵路設(shè)計院向國際型工程公司轉(zhuǎn)型的實現(xiàn)途徑。最后,結(jié)合TWY集團公司向國際型工程公司轉(zhuǎn)型的案例,對轉(zhuǎn)型的實現(xiàn)途徑進行了分析。
[Abstract]:Absrtact: with the continuous development of general contracting in China and the diversification of owner's demand for engineering construction products and production methods, the project general contracting has been transformed into an international engineering company, and the overseas market has been expanded at the same time, and the market opportunity has been seized. To meet the market challenge and maintain the competitive advantage of the enterprise market has become the inevitable choice for the strategic development of railway design institute. Based on the theory of enterprise strategy, core competence and vertical integration, this paper analyzes and studies the long-term and complexity of the transformation from railway design institute to international engineering company. This paper first analyzes the characteristics and advantages of the international engineering company, and analyzes the core competence of the international engineering company. It is pointed out that the transformation to an international engineering company is an inevitable trend of railway design institute development, and based on the analysis of the development environment of railway design institute, This paper analyzes the driving factors of the transformation of railway design institute to international engineering company from two aspects of external driving and internal driving, and probes into the capacity building of railway design institute to international engineering company. Then, from the strategic point of view, This paper analyzes the strategy of transforming railway design institute into international engineering company, discusses the ways to realize the transformation from railway design institute to international engineering company on the basis of organization, human resources and so on. Combined with the case of TWY group to international engineering company, this paper analyzes the way to realize the transformation.
