【摘要】：隨著“十二五”規(guī)劃建設(shè)社會主義新農(nóng)村理念的提出，廣大農(nóng)村地區(qū)的建設(shè)受到多方面的重視。而農(nóng)村住宅建設(shè)一直處于落后狀況，其主要問題在于農(nóng)村地區(qū)所使用的墻體材料性能差、施工技術(shù)落后，缺乏系統(tǒng)的有效的保溫節(jié)能體系。如果照搬城市建筑的節(jié)能規(guī)范和節(jié)能技術(shù)措施，不僅不符合農(nóng)村的地域特點和建筑文化，而且還會造成嚴重的資源浪費和造價的提高。 本文以夏熱冬冷地區(qū)農(nóng)村建筑墻體材料為研究對象，以適宜性技術(shù)理念為理論基礎(chǔ)，對其熱工性能開展系統(tǒng)研究，為圍護結(jié)構(gòu)材料的優(yōu)選及實際的應(yīng)用提出指導型意見，為促進建筑節(jié)能的發(fā)展提供參考價值。 本文首先對夏熱冬冷地區(qū)農(nóng)村建筑墻體材料和室內(nèi)熱環(huán)境進行了實地調(diào)研，，了解目前農(nóng)村圍護結(jié)構(gòu)材料的構(gòu)造的現(xiàn)狀及特點，并根據(jù)適宜于農(nóng)村建筑墻體材料的文獻資料，選取建筑材料作為研究對象。然后分別從理論分析和試驗研究（熱流計法和紅外熱像儀法）兩個方面分析墻體材料的熱工性能。最后對各類墻體傳熱系數(shù)的理論計算值和試驗值進行系統(tǒng)的歸納對比分析研究，建立適用于農(nóng)村建筑的保溫體系，從而形成針對夏熱冬冷地區(qū)農(nóng)村建筑的保溫體系系統(tǒng)的研究資料，對我國農(nóng)村建筑節(jié)能技術(shù)提供一定的指導意義。 本文以大量的實地調(diào)研為基礎(chǔ)，構(gòu)建出適用于夏熱冬冷地區(qū)村鎮(zhèn)建筑的保溫體系，對改善村鎮(zhèn)居住熱環(huán)境，提高生活質(zhì)量，降低能耗，具有一定的現(xiàn)實意義和實用價值。
[Abstract]:With the concept of "the 12th Five-Year Plan" to build a new socialist countryside, the construction of the vast rural areas has received attention from many aspects. However, the construction of rural housing has been in a backward situation. The main problems lie in the poor performance of wall materials used in rural areas, the backward construction technology and the lack of systematic and effective heat preservation and energy saving system. It not only does not accord with the rural regional characteristics and construction culture, but also causes serious waste of resources and increase of cost. In this paper, the wall materials of rural buildings in hot summer and cold winter area are taken as the research object. Based on the theory of suitability technology, the thermal properties of the wall materials are studied systematically, and the guiding opinions are put forward for the selection and practical application of the materials of the enclosure structure. It provides reference value for promoting the development of building energy saving. In this paper, the wall materials and indoor thermal environment of rural buildings in hot summer and cold winter area are investigated, and the present situation and characteristics of the construction of the materials for rural envelope structures are understood, and according to the literature data suitable for the wall materials of rural buildings, The thermal properties of wall materials are analyzed from the aspects of theoretical analysis and experimental study (heat flux method and infrared thermal imager method). Finally, the theory of heat transfer coefficient of various walls is given. The calculated value and the experimental value are analyzed and analyzed systematically. The research data of the thermal insulation system for rural buildings in hot summer and cold winter will be established, which will provide some guidance for the energy-saving technology of rural buildings in our country. Based on a large number of field investigations, this paper constructs a thermal insulation system suitable for village buildings in hot summer and cold winter area, which is of practical significance and practical value in improving the thermal environment, improving the quality of life and reducing energy consumption in villages and towns.
