城市居住區(qū)停車空間設(shè)計的精細化研究

【摘要】:隨著改革開放的深入進行,我國的經(jīng)濟水平不斷增長,城市居民的生活質(zhì)量也在大幅度的提高,中國入世以來,人民的購買力不斷上漲,居民購車已經(jīng)變成非常普及的事情,私家車取代了過去自行車變成我們生活的必需品已經(jīng)成為無法阻擋的事實。私家車在大多數(shù)的時間里并不是行駛在馬來上,而是停在居住區(qū)的某個停車位上.。 本文通過對國內(nèi)外城市居區(qū)既有停車空間的研究分析,對現(xiàn)存居住區(qū)停車方式展開調(diào)研,發(fā)現(xiàn)居住區(qū)現(xiàn)存停車空間的現(xiàn)狀問題,并初步探討了現(xiàn)狀問題的由來,研究并總結(jié)了現(xiàn)存居住區(qū)停車的主要手段及其各自的利弊特點以及其對居住環(huán)境小區(qū)景觀綠化的影響,如地面停車,首層架空停車,地下車庫停車,立體化機械停車等等,從而進一步比較了傳統(tǒng)的停車方式和現(xiàn)代化停車方式的優(yōu)缺點。在此基礎(chǔ)上充分展開研究論證,從停車空間在居住區(qū)的規(guī)劃布局入手,分析了多種布局方式的適用條件,進而深入研究不同方式停車空間的適用范圍,對居住區(qū)機械停車的可能性也做了精細化探討,總結(jié)了居住區(qū)停車方式的選擇應(yīng)該結(jié)合住區(qū)的自身特點有針對性的設(shè)置。 隨后又對居住區(qū)停車空間與景觀的相互關(guān)系做了深入研究,分別總結(jié)了不同形式停車空間與景觀結(jié)合的具體做法與要點,,闡述了合理的處理地上地下停車空間與景觀綠化關(guān)系的觀點,最終使得居住區(qū)停車環(huán)境與整體景觀綠化環(huán)境融為一體,營造出宜居易居的優(yōu)秀居住區(qū)體系。 最后又提出了要多種途徑解決居住區(qū)停車問題的觀點,并從革新居住區(qū)地面停車空間,發(fā)展居住區(qū)停車樓,和加強住區(qū)停車管理三個方面進行補充,多管齊下,使得改善居住區(qū)停車空間環(huán)境成為一件切實可行的事情。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of reform and opening up, the economic level of our country has been continuously increasing, and the quality of life of urban residents has also been greatly improved. Since China's accession to the WTO, the purchasing power of the people has been constantly rising, and it has become very popular for residents to buy cars. It has become an unstoppable fact that private cars have replaced bicycles in the past as a necessity in our lives. Private cars do not travel on Malay most of the time, but park in a parking space in a residential area. Based on the research and analysis of the existing parking spaces in the urban residential areas at home and abroad, this paper investigates the parking modes in the existing residential areas, finds out the present situation of the existing parking spaces in the residential areas, and preliminarily discusses the origin of the existing parking spaces. This paper studies and summarizes the main methods of parking in existing residential areas and their respective advantages and disadvantages, as well as their effects on landscape greening of residential areas, such as ground parking, overhead parking on the first floor, parking in underground garages, three-dimensional mechanical parking, and so on. The advantages and disadvantages of the traditional parking mode and the modern parking mode are further compared. On this basis, the author fully develops the research and demonstration, starting with the planning and layout of the parking space in the residential area, analyzes the applicable conditions of various layout methods. Furthermore, the application range of parking space in different ways is deeply studied, the possibility of mechanical parking in residential area is also discussed in detail, and the choice of parking mode in residential area should be combined with the characteristics of residential area. Then, the relationship between parking space and landscape in residential area is deeply studied, and the concrete methods and main points of combining parking space and landscape in different forms are summarized respectively. This paper expounds the viewpoint of dealing with the relationship between aboveground and underground parking space and landscape greening reasonably, and finally makes the parking environment of residential area and the whole landscape greening environment into one, and creates an excellent residential area system suitable for residential change. Finally, the paper puts forward the viewpoint of solving the parking problem of residential area through many ways, and supplements it from three aspects: innovating the parking space on the ground of residential area, developing parking building in residential area, and strengthening parking management in residential area. It is a feasible thing to improve the parking space environment of residential area.
