【摘要】：建筑業(yè)已經(jīng)成為我國社會支柱性產(chǎn)業(yè)。建筑工程項目的投資和消耗的人力、物力等都占大部分的比重，所以關鍵就是工程產(chǎn)品需要一次性建成符合質(zhì)量要求。人民生命和財產(chǎn)安全體現(xiàn)工程產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量的好壞，生存發(fā)展同樣也對建筑業(yè)起著絕對性作用。所以選擇此為課題進行研究具有現(xiàn)實或者說具有重要的意義。 首先，本文對質(zhì)量控制的基礎性理論進行闡述并且對質(zhì)量和質(zhì)量控制作了清晰地界定，同時詳細地闡述對工程質(zhì)量控制的內(nèi)容、依據(jù)、程序、原則、方法、步驟和要素等。其次，以中央吸塵設備安裝項目基本情況為基礎，總結(jié)出質(zhì)量控制的現(xiàn)狀。通過對該項目的進一步研究和實踐，發(fā)現(xiàn)在質(zhì)量控制過程中存在著諸多問題并分析了產(chǎn)生這些問題的具體原因，，具體包括：人員素質(zhì)不高、質(zhì)量控制意識淡薄、質(zhì)量控制技術落后、制度落實不嚴格和責權配置不合理等。再次，論文就問題提出了對應的改進措施及其方法，即：提高施工人員素質(zhì)，提高質(zhì)量控制意識，提高改進質(zhì)量控制方法、落實各項管理制度和優(yōu)化質(zhì)量控制體系等。最后，對論文的研究結(jié)論進行了概括并且對今后的研究方向進行展望。
[Abstract]:The construction industry has become a pillar industry in our society. The investment in construction projects and the human and material resources consumed in construction projects account for the majority of the proportion. So the key is that engineering products need to be built at one time to meet the quality requirements. The safety of people's lives and property reflects the quality of engineering products. Survival and development also play an absolute role in the construction industry, so it is of practical or important significance to choose this as the research topic. First of all, the basic theory of quality control is expounded and the quality and quality control are clearly defined. At the same time, the contents, bases, procedures, principles and methods of engineering quality control are elaborated in detail. Secondly, based on the basic situation of the installation project of central dust suction equipment, the present situation of quality control is summarized. Through the further research and practice of the project, Found that there are many problems in the process of quality control and analyzed the specific causes of these problems, including: the quality of personnel is not high, quality control awareness is weak, quality control technology is backward, Thirdly, the paper puts forward the corresponding measures and methods to improve the quality of the construction personnel, raise the consciousness of quality control and improve the methods of quality control. Finally, the conclusion of the paper is summarized and the future research direction is prospected.
