【摘要】：工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的保護和再利用是當今世界共同關(guān)注的課題。本論文以臺灣工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)為研究對象，簡要回顧了臺灣工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的發(fā)展歷程，對臺灣工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的再利用案例進行詳盡的梳理、分析和評價，總結(jié)和剖析了臺灣工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護和再利用的影響因素、開發(fā)模式、改造類型和設(shè)計策略與方法。 首先介紹臺灣工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的歷史與現(xiàn)狀，闡述臺灣工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的發(fā)展歷程，對其調(diào)查與評估方法進行總結(jié)，并對其類型與分布進行歸納。 其次對政策引導、市場環(huán)境、城市區(qū)位、建筑類型四個要素進行分析，探討臺灣工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護與再利用的影響因素，闡釋臺灣工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護與再利用的四種開發(fā)模式，分析和總結(jié)再利用的改造類型，并對各模式進行特征歸納和對改造結(jié)果作相應的客觀評價，揭示影響因素和改造類型之間的關(guān)系。 然后對臺灣工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的保護與再利用的設(shè)計策略進行深度解讀，依次從場所營造、建筑改造和景觀修復層面對臺灣工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)再利用的規(guī)劃設(shè)計方法進行總結(jié)分析。場所營造主要介紹規(guī)劃布局調(diào)整、交通系統(tǒng)組織和場所精神詮釋，對臺灣工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的空間規(guī)劃、交通流線的規(guī)劃設(shè)計方法進行梳理和總結(jié)；建筑改造層面主要闡述建筑功能置換、外觀形式更新、空間形態(tài)重塑；景觀修復層面則對植被系統(tǒng)修復、水土環(huán)境改善、廢棄環(huán)境再利用的設(shè)計手法進行歸納。 綜上所述，本文通過對臺灣工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的保護和再利用的歸納研究，并結(jié)合案例佐證，，分析其再利用的開發(fā)模式、改造類型和設(shè)計策略，對兩岸工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護和再利用進行初步比較，提出對大陸地區(qū)工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的保護和再利用的意見和建議，希望能對大陸地區(qū)亟待進行的工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護再利用工作提供可靠的理論基礎(chǔ)和有益的現(xiàn)實參考。
[Abstract]:The protection and reuse of industrial heritage is a common concern in the world today. This paper takes Taiwan's industrial heritage as the research object and briefly reviews the development process of Taiwan's industrial heritage. This paper makes a detailed analysis and evaluation of the reuse cases of Taiwan's industrial heritage and summarizes and analyzes the factors affecting the protection and reuse of Taiwan's industrial heritage, the development model, the types of transformation and the design strategies and methods. This paper first introduces the history and present situation of Taiwan's industrial heritage, expounds the development course of Taiwan's industrial heritage, summarizes its investigation and evaluation methods, and sums up its types and distribution. Secondly, the paper analyzes the four factors of policy guidance, market environment, urban location and architectural type, discusses the factors affecting the protection and reuse of Taiwan's industrial heritage, and explains the four development modes of Taiwan's industrial heritage protection and reuse. This paper analyzes and summarizes the types of reused transformation, summarizes the characteristics of each model and makes a corresponding objective evaluation of the transformation results, and reveals the relationship between the influencing factors and the types of transformation. Then the design strategies for the protection and reuse of Taiwan's industrial heritage are interpreted in depth, and then, in turn, the construction of the industrial heritage is carried out from place to place. This paper summarizes and analyzes the planning and design methods for the reuse of Taiwan's industrial heritage at the level of architectural renovation and landscape restoration. The site construction mainly introduces the planning layout adjustment, the organization of transportation system and the interpretation of the spirit of the place, and the spatial planning of Taiwan's industrial heritage. The planning and design methods of traffic streamline are combed and summarized; the architectural reconstruction level mainly expounds the replacement of building function, the renewal of appearance form, the remodeling of spatial form, the restoration of vegetation system and the improvement of soil and water environment at landscape restoration level. The design method of waste environment reuse is summarized. To sum up, through the inductive research on the protection and reuse of Taiwan's industrial heritage, and combined with the case study, this paper analyzes the development mode, transformation type and design strategy of the industrial heritage. A preliminary comparison of the protection and reuse of industrial heritage on both sides of the strait was made, and suggestions and suggestions on the protection and reuse of industrial heritage in the mainland were put forward. It is hoped that it can provide a reliable theoretical basis and useful practical reference for the industrial heritage conservation and reuse work in mainland China.
