磨盤山凈水廠現(xiàn)行工藝控制及優(yōu)化改造技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:隨著改革開放的深入,城市用水污染問(wèn)題日益顯現(xiàn)。哈爾濱市人民長(zhǎng)期飲用的松花江水受到的污染情況較重,水體常年達(dá)不到飲用標(biāo)準(zhǔn),人民生產(chǎn)生活受到嚴(yán)重威脅。1999年底由市水務(wù)局牽頭,專家論證提出興建磨盤山水庫(kù),異地取水,早日徹底解決哈爾濱市人民吃水的問(wèn)題。磨盤山水庫(kù)供水工程是以城市供水為主,兼顧下游防洪灌溉的大型引水工程。磨盤山凈水廠采用機(jī)械絮凝、斜管沉淀與翻板閥濾池過(guò)濾的常規(guī)工藝組合,能夠提供滿足現(xiàn)行水質(zhì)指標(biāo)要求的城市飲用水。 本文對(duì)當(dāng)前磨盤山凈水廠水工藝處理中存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了闡述。同時(shí),提供了針對(duì)常規(guī)工藝處理各個(gè)流程的優(yōu)化措施,進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化了常規(guī)水處理工藝效果。在混凝階段,對(duì)混凝藥劑進(jìn)行了并優(yōu)化了部分工藝參數(shù),節(jié)省了混凝藥劑的用量并達(dá)到了更好的效果。在沉淀階段,通過(guò)排泥控制方式的優(yōu)化及部分沉淀工藝參數(shù)的優(yōu)化,使沉淀效果有所提升。在過(guò)濾階段,得到了對(duì)濾池自動(dòng)化清洗的必要性和存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了論述,,結(jié)合實(shí)際對(duì)現(xiàn)有的自動(dòng)清洗方式存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了分析和歸類,總結(jié)并提出了優(yōu)化意見和具體實(shí)施方案。基于自動(dòng)化技術(shù),在重新安排清洗濾池的隊(duì)列的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了一種并行清洗濾池的方案,改善了之前串行清洗濾池出現(xiàn)的高耗時(shí)的缺點(diǎn),提高了濾池清洗效率,從而提升水廠的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會(huì)效益,為百姓謀福祉。 通過(guò)優(yōu)化前后水廠測(cè)得的水質(zhì)指標(biāo)對(duì)比,確定了整個(gè)優(yōu)化過(guò)程的優(yōu)化效果;通過(guò)優(yōu)化前后經(jīng)濟(jì)效益分析對(duì)比,確定了整個(gè)優(yōu)化過(guò)程在實(shí)際生產(chǎn)中的可行性。本文不僅闡述了磨盤山水廠工藝優(yōu)化過(guò)程,也為后續(xù)其它水廠工藝優(yōu)化過(guò)程起到了指導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of reform and opening-up, the problem of city water pollution become more and more obvious. The pollution situation of Harbin City People's long-term drinking of Songhua River is heavier, not up to the standard of drinking water throughout the year, production and life of the people is a serious threat to.1999 by the end of the Municipal Water Affairs Bureau led experts proposed the construction of Mopanshan Reservoir, off-site water, completely solve the Harbin City People's problems as early as possible. The draft of Mopanshan Reservoir water supply project in city water supply, taking into account the large water diversion projects flood irrigation downstream. Mopanshan by mechanical flocculation, inclined tube sedimentation process in combination with conventional valve filter, to satisfy the requirements of the current water quality index of city drinking water.
This paper discusses on the current Mopanshan water treatment process in the problem. At the same time, provides the optimization measures aiming at each process the conventional treatment process, optimizing the effect of conventional water treatment. In the coagulation stage, and the optimization of some parameters on the coagulant, save the coagulant the dosage and achieved better results. In settling stage, based on the optimal control mode and part of the mud sedimentation process parameters, the precipitation effect improved. In the filtering phase obtained on filter automatic cleaning the necessity and existing problems are discussed, combined with the existence of the existing automatic cleaning method the actual problems are analyzed and classified, summarized and put forward the optimization suggestion and specific implementation plan. Based on automation technology, based on the re arrangement of cleaning filter queue, is presented A parallel cleaning filter scheme improves the shortcoming of high consumption time before the serial cleaning filter, improves the efficiency of filter cleaning, and improves the economic and social benefits of the waterworks, and benefits for the common people.
Through the comparison of water quality indicators before and after optimization of the measured water, determine the optimization effect of the entire optimization process; through the analysis and comparison of before and after optimization of economic benefits, to determine the feasibility of the optimization process in the actual production. This paper not only elaborates the Mopanshan plant process optimization process, but also for subsequent water treatment process optimization process to guide role.
